Great customer service from the beginning of the conversation, starting with the dispatchers, Molly and Amanda. The technicians actually give you a call and let you know they're on the way. The installation was done well by one man, Crew and was completed within 5-6 hours. He was a very efficient, hard worker and did a great job installing the AC unit and a condensation pump. He was very friendly and courteous as were the other two men, Cory and Stuart with whom I met for the initial inspection and estimate of the new unit. I highly recommend Garber Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs HVAC service in the future or maintenance on their current units.

Garber replaced my 16.5 year old Geothermal unit. Their staff is very professional and friendly. I was concerned about having to embark on this big project, but our unit was nearing the end of life and I did not want to be left without air conditioning or heat if the unit suddenly quit. The day of installation, the Garber folks brought in my new unit, removed the old unit, brought in 2 new water heaters and removed the old ones.
By the end of the day, my basement was spotless and everything was installed. It was pretty much a non-event and I was very thankful the project went smoothly. I would highly recommend Garber to anyone.

Our heating failed on a Wednesday night, on one of the coldest nights of the year. The Garber technician got our system running the next day to keep us warm until it could be replaced, and they had a new system installed by 9 am Friday morning. They turned what I expected to be a very complicated process into a very stress-free experience. Amanda was so helpful on the phone and Brent even called me after business hours to discuss our options for replacing our furnace. I cannot recommend this team enough!

Garber heating and cooling did an amazing job! During the biggest snow storm of the year we woke up to our co2 detectors alarming and ended up having to evacuate the house. This company was the first to respond and ended up putting in a whole new furnace within 2 days. Very professional and i like that they gave me multiple options with different prices for me to choose from. Overall great service!

Woke up with only cold air coming from the blower of my furnace. Because of outstanding recommendations from friends I called Garber for service. Since I had no heat in December, Garber sent someone the same day I inquired about service. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He ended up doing basic annual maintenance on my furnace since it was working fine when he turned it back on.
I was so impressed by the technician I inquired about a Spring maintenance visit for my air conditioner. He told me about their Diamond plan which saved me money on the furnace call and will pay for my Spring call. We were traveling from Pennsylvania to Iowa with our Motorsports hauler (semi/trailer) and had trouble with the air being cool in our trailer. (In July) Being from out of town we called several local places that just said they didn't do that type of work. Called Garber and the receptionist Molly took time and care, gave great directions and had a technician waiting on us when we arrived.
The owner and two technicians (I don't recall any names.) stayed after hours, in the rain and were determined to get us fixed and back on the road. Rarely do you luck into such a random great experience. They worked hard, very detailed, and were determined to fix our odd ball problem. When we pulled out, we had cold air conditioning! These guys were great! Top notch!
