Standard Heating & Cooling

In the midst of the snowstorm with over 7 inches of snow on the ground, my furnace was not heating my house. My house dropped to 58 degrees. I called everywhere around and finally called Standard Heating and Cooling. They were very understanding and had workers on standby to help. The worker so graciously trucked through the snow and fixed my furnace very promptly. I will definitely be calling Standard Heating and Cooling if I ever have issues in the future. I highly recommend!

The air conditioning unit in our home quit working on a Sunday evening in the middle of a heat advisory. I made a phone call to standard heating & air Monday morning. I fully expected every hvac company to be booked since it was the hottest week of the year. Although they were extremely booked, Brit made time to get a technician to the house Monday afternoon and since the unit was 15 years old I asked him if he could install a new unit.

To my suprise Brooke called from the office and set me up an appointment the very next morning and the technician had the job completed by 3pm that day. He was very professional and the quality of the install, and product would be rated 10 out of 10! I know we will always rely on Standard heating for all hvac needs in the future .

My air conditioner quit blowing cool air, I called standard heating and cooling from the suggestion of Erica kearski and they came and repaired the motor on the condenser and everything is fine The guy did a really good job really great guys

We needed a new furnace quickly, during a very cold week and we can't thank Standard enough for a smooth installation process to get our heat back on! Alex was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Bill, Tim and the entire installation crew were very friendly, kept us updated throughout the day, and answered all our questions. We have had a annual check up contract for several years. This has really paid off for us. Great service! Knowledgable staff! Very professional. And reasonably priced!

They were able to work us in promptly and fix our air conditioner which of course stopped working on one of the hottest days

I've had my new furnace for about two weeks. I was smelling gas so I called Ameren. Come to find out standard did not tighten the pipes or perform a seep test to ensure no leaks. Plus a knob was broken and they didn't bother to replace it. They also scratched my hard wood floors getting my old furnace out. Not sure if I would recommend.

I cannot beging to thank the wonderful people at Standard enough! After my furnace went out on me in November, at a time in my life when I was very financially strapped, I began to frantically call numerous HVAC companies to see what could be done. Several companies came to my house, barely looked at anything, and were no help, leaving me. feeling even more hopeless and desperate.

Then I was put in touch with Mike Hamilton at Standard. He came to my home, took time to talk with me, went into my attic and took pictures, took lots of notes, and from the first meeting, he made me a promise that he would find a way to help me. I had absolutely no idea how I was going to pay for.

Thank you for coming out and quickly troubleshooting and repairing an issue with our furnace that another company had failed to diagnose on two occasions. Your technician was courteous and professional, and we will definitely call Standard again, should any other issues arise.

From the office staff I'd talked to, to the tech that serviced my HVAC, I cannot say enough good about this company and will recommend them to anyone who asks who to call for help. All were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent in solving my issue with my HVAC.
