After having a mess of a situation and no heat for 6 days I decided to give covenant a call and they were out very quickly the same day to look at my furnace, which then needed replaced and was done the next day. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and very quick to get our new furnace installed. Thank you so much for installing our new furnace so quickly! I Will definitely be using Covenant for all future services!

I was in need of a under cabinet drinking water system and new faucet. I had a previous quote from months ago from another company who put me who told me it would come in and be installed within 2 mo. 3 mo later and still wasn't scheduled. I called to inquire and owner called me and chewed me out and gave me a 5 minute lecture on all their emergency calls.

I was understanding thinking he was having bad day. About a month later I called to inquire and he said it would be within 2 Wks. 3 Wks go by again and no call. I called and got ahold of Dale with Covenant. He came and quoted and was here within just a few days to install at HALF THE COST the other Peo Co. I now have a new awesome faucet and RO Drinking water. NO MORE TRIPS TO STORE FOR WATER! Thank you so much Dale!

They have provided service in our home for few years, they are always on time, professional, polite and helpful. They have done repairs for plumbing, heating and cooling. Once we had a concern and was resolved quickly, trust this company in our home and appreciate their service. This time Jeremy was here, he was very nice and helpful.

Dennis came out today just one hour after I called. He got my air conditioner up and running until the new unit can be installed. He was very kind and thoroughly explained my options.

We went through covenant to fix a vent and the tube thing that goes to the furnace. Jeremy was awesome! He was friendly and informative. They fit us in because it was a new home and our boys were in the room. The vent was disgusting and not once did I hear him eww or complain or anything. They were quick friendly and reasonably priced. there our hvac dudes from here on out

I had to get a new furnace and AC unit this year which was something I wasn't expecting to do so soon, but Covenant made the process very easy and their staff are extremely kind. Especially Dennis. Today I had my annual AC check up and Dennis took the time to explain everything to me and even took out my hose and cleaned my unit for me. Such a kind soul.

Our motor went out on our furnace on one of the hottest days this year. We called Covenant. Dennis was out to check it within a couple hours. He discovered the motor had burned out. He called the next morning and had found us a motor. He called the office and told them. They sent him back out at 3:00 that day. It was 95 with a heat index of 104. So thankful for their quick and friendly service. Their customer service is excellent.

Matthew was awesome! He fixed the clog in great time and was honest and friendly the whole time.
