Bob Garza, born in Norwalk, California, began working in the HVAC field at the age of 17 with a company owned by his brother-in-law's father. Immediately intrigued by the work's challenging technical engineering aspects he developed a lifelong regard for family owned business principles and solid teamwork. In 1972 he married his high school sweetheart, Pat, and for the next 22 years balanced his entrepreneurial spirit with applied expertise in HVAC. An incredibly diverse commercial HVAC market put Bob in the thick of bigger and better project scopes and challenges.
