This company has serviced my parents air conditioning unit for many years. They are very reliable and provide good work. I have to give a shout out to employee Brett. He has been so kind and patient in dealing with my elderly dad the past few years. Good company. good employee, thanks Brett!

Greg and Ricky from Dependable Graham helped me installed HVAC. Both gentlemen arrived on time. Their installation is very professional as far as I understand. For example, even though it was raining on the day of installation, that doesn't delay the project progress. They also brings carpet cover to our home to tidy up their work space. Upon completion of their installation, they also perform a thorough check of the system to make sure it works properly.

Through the contractual process, I also work closely with Ken. Ken provided all guidance through this process and helped me satisfy requirements from the HOA. For example, he was able to provide relevant technical documents for the HOA review. Moreover, I enjoy the frank discussion with him on the technical details on the HVAC. He always gives straightforward explanations for questions.

Oh my! Just in time for the 100 degree heat in October! The heat never ends it seems! I just bought a house on Balboa Island and was hesitant to spend the money on air as we should have a bay breeze. I quickly realized that I was living in a hot box! I got a very quick and fair quote from the team. They had my air installed in a week, just in time for the heat wave! I am so so happy with this company! Honest people! A plus, plus, plus!

Our heater stopped working right as the weather started to get really cold, and during thanksgiving break. I called and even though they were super busy they got someone out in a couple days. He was right on time and found the problem and fixed it right away for a reasonable price. He made sure filter was clean and thoroughly explained what had gone wrong. Our serviceman was Dale B. Very happy with this company, I will call them again for sure

Terrific experience, even just before the holidays! Everything was done very professionally and with meticulous cleanup, from Ken's help deciding where to put the A/C equipment, to the asbestos-removal team in the attic, to Greg's expert installation of the new furnace and a/c system. This team is indeed Dependable!

We are extremely pleased with the new Carrier gas furnace and air conditioner purchased and installed in our home in Orange in August, 2015, by Dependable Graham. We were replacing a 30 year old system originally installed by the homebuilder. Sales Engineer, Ken, was very friendly and professional. He assessed the situation, made recommendations and gave us options.

No hard sell. Our installation was promptly scheduled and the installation team of Greg and Erik arrived as scheduled. Both Greg and Erik were friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. They took the time to make sure the installation was done correctly and kept us informed of each step of the process. They also took the time to make sure the system worked properly and we understood how it operates. The system works great. All were super people and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Dependable Graham.

We recently had air conditioning installed in our home in Huntington Beach. We went to Dependable Graham because they had installed our heating about three years ago and did an excellent job. Our house is about 3000 square foot and since it was not plumbed for air conditioning it was a more difficult job to tackle. Dependable Graham sent out very professional people who installed our air conditioning in approximately 2 1/2 days.

We were surprised at how the installation did not affect the aesthetics of our home. The representatives were compentent and courteous. When they left there was absolutely no mess to clean up. We would definitely use this company and highly recommend them if you are needing a air conditioning or heating system.

Brett came to fix my air conditioning system today, and he was one of the most professional, thorough technicians I've ever encountered. As often happens, by the time he arrived my air conditioning was miraculously working again (for once), but Brett still took the time to meticulously inspect and measure every aspect of the system for potential problems. He found and fixed several issues, and my a/c is now working better than ever. Skilled, honest work at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
