"Rock" rocks: He came shortly after I called, in a weekend. Unclogged a sewer line that had caused toilet overflow, what a mess. Charge was around $375 which I thought was fair, considering it was an emergency visit in a weekend. Professional and friendly. I gave him a bigger plumbing job which he completed a week later.

Johny Ray with Orange coast plumbing was very professional, amazingly knowledgeable and friendly I was glad to have him in my home to do plumbing services. Iv had bad plumbers in the past but he definitely changed that. His customer service was incredible Johny Ray will be my plumber life he is the absolute best hands down along with the rest of OCP thank you!

Tayler came and reset my toilet and changed flange good as new. I will always ask for Tayler she is great.

Kevin arrived on time and fixed our issue quickly and without upselling us on services we did not need. I have used OCP many times recently and they are consistently reliable.

Middle of the afternoon drain stoppage at our commercial building. I called OCP and they sent out Chris and Colton within an hour. Two hours later, our drains had been hydro-jetted and water was running and draining smoothly. Chris and Colton were professional and pleasant, and assessed the problem quickly. I couldn't be happier with the work they did to get our shop back up and running. Highly recommended.

Had the boys back in town I'm telling you i am staring to love orange coast. Nolan and his partner got me out of another sticky spot. And i will be using them again to re route the line once i fly back from Dubai. thank you again boys.

Update: We had a second leak develop a day later and requested Tayler to come out again! And again, she rocked! Thank you Tayler for helping us out! You are awesome! We had a major pipe leak in our building so we called Orange Coast Plumbing to come out and fix it. The response time was perfect! Tayler Full showed up and did a quick assessment and provided a detailed explanantion of what she needed to do.

The leak was major and required a full days work. Tayler was awesome! She was upfront about the estimated costs and worked very hard all day and got the job done. I would highly recommend this company and especially Tayler! We would definitely request her for any future projects/repairs we need. Great job Tayler!

We had issues with a clogged toilet bowl. Kevin our technician came over promptly and fixed the toilet and also our other toilet bowl leak. Thank you Kevin for excellent service

Kevin the plumber came out to clear my storm drains. He dug up several spots in my yard and accidentally penetrated through my sprinkler system wires. He told me to get my gardener out to fix the issue, and that they would cover the cost. I got a gardener out and once I gave OCP the bill they refused to pay me back. Mark the Operations Manager is very rude.

Him and I were talking on the phone and he hung up on me while I was talking. The company is making Kevin pay for the fees and he's not willing to work with me. I will not be using this company again.

Jesse and his partner Henry were very professional and friendly. We had a broken main water line which was a shock for us at first. Not having any water is not fun. But Jesse answered all our questions with knowledge and confidence and we are happy with the job they did. Our house had water again by that same afternoon. We'll definitely call them again for future business.

James came by and helped us out by being honest, personable, and really kind. When we explained that our landlords weren't going to be covering the cost, he laid out all the possible options and made sure we paid for what we felt was the best route to take. We'll be calling Orange Coast Plumbing, and asking for James again!

On April 14, 2022, I had a toilet installed in my home by two very professional plumbers. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names, but, they were both very thorough, when explaining what they would be doing, as well as, making a very logical recommendation, by putting a camera down into my toilet, to see if their were any additional issues. Fortunately, everything was fine. I was very pleased with the service they provided, and, would highly recommend them in the future, thanks so much!

We inherited a wall mounted faucet in the kitchen which began to leak badly. We purchased a replacement and called Orange Coast Plumbing to install it. On removing the old faucet it was noted that when the kitchen was remodeled the faucet piping had been badly renovated to accommodate the tile backsplash. Taylor our technician diagnosed the problem, and planned a correction of a the problem.

It took two days to complete but she cut into the wall from the outside, replaced all piping and installed the faucet so it looked as it should! It was refreshing to have a cheerful, competent technician. I love to see women in all parts of workforce. Thank you Taylor.

How dare these people try to over charge and take advantage of my disabled grandmother! They charged us over five grand and nothing was ever fixed, they actually made the problem worse for us. We had to go WEEKS without a functioning toilet OR shower. Currently, we have a massive hole in our lawn and a lovely toilet that was disrespectfully discarded in our lawn. These people are GARBAGE. Absolutely garbage. I am disgusted with their filthy greed. Shame on you.

My husband called last night and they set up an appointment for our business the following morning. They came as early as they could and figured out the issue within minutes. Rock from Orange Coast Plumbing arrived quickly, even before the time frame stated by the dispatcher. He was friendly and professional. He did an excellent job fixing the problems with my toilet tank, and even had a less-common part that was needed on his truck. He finished in rapid time. I am extremely pleased by the awesome service provided. I would definitely contact them again if I need plumbing service.

My experience with Orange Coast Plumbing was just awesome. No one ever likes to call the plumber unless they have to. However, I had this guy named Nolan he was friendly and respectful. He listened to the issue I was having and he checked it out. He explained to me what the issue was so that I understood and he went to work and got the job done. Most plumbers wont even waste their time with explaining the quote and the job but he did. He reassured me the over all experience was great. Highly recommend this company. Rate at 5 stars if i could give more I would.

We needed hose bibs replaced. We called three places and had them come out for quotes. Orange Coast Plumbing won our business. The plumbers, Nolan and Rock, arrived in the middle of the service window. I received a text ahead of time that they were on their way so that we could make ourselves available. Once they assessed the situation, they gave us a quote immediately on the spot - and it was $400 less than the other two plumbing companies quoted!

Even better, they offered to do the work right then and there, whereas the other plumbing companies told me they'd have to come back another time (for a 1-2-hour job). Additionally, Nolan and Rock educated us on a couple of other plumbing issues we knew we have and will need to address in the coming weeks or months but weren't ready to address just yet. They're won our business for the long term.

We had major issues with a sewer line (on New Year's Eve) that would make anyone question their lot in life. Orange Coast Plumbing (Steven was our plumber) fixed the issue and we were very satisfied with their service. We erroneously assumed they would charge a premium on a holiday or Sunday, so we had them come out the following Monday. The cost was in line with the competition, based on some other contacts I made for a second opinion. They weren't punctual on a couple visits but I think they were just super busy and probably overbooked. They were apologeitc and it wasn't that big a deal to us.

One of the BEST professional experiences I've ever had. We had a very unusual problem with highly variable temperatures at different faucets in the house - Kevin took a thoughtful, systematic approach to diagnosing what turned out to be a very unique cause based on how the previous owners had connected some of the plumbing. I know from past experience many plumbers I've worked with could not have worked it out - but he diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour, and the charge was less than I have paid for other service calls where nothing was actually resolved.

I feel lucky to have found these guys, and they will always be my go-to in the future! (In addition, Kevin was just a great guy, who talked through the problem and potential approaches in a straightforward, logical way that included the plusses-and-minuses, so we could reach a collaborative decision on how to proceed.)

On December 9th, 2021 we had an issue that all home owners fear, an eroded pipe that resulted in a flooding of our kitchen. To say we were overwhelmed was an understatement. We called OCP after checking out their website and seeing quite a few positive review, we were not disappointed. Kevin from OCP was out within 2 hours and walked us through each step of the resolution.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and walked us through each step of the remediation. I am thankful for the work they did and the follow up they provided. I would highly recommend OCP to friends and family if they should find themselves with sudden wave of water surging out from underneath the kitchen pipes.

Tile shower had a broken cast iron drain. At least I thought it did. I called Orange Coast to see if they could put a camera in it to confirm. First of all, they sent me a text immediately with all the details of date and time. Then they sent a text with arrival time! Who does that? Nate came, spent a few minutes looking at it. confirmed it was busted and a big tile repair job.

No need to use the camera. NO CHARGE! Who does that? They followed up with a phone call to see if everything was satisfactory and then sent an invoice for zero dollars. I expected to pay at least a show up charge, but nope. zero. I was impressed! Thank you OCP for the quick service, and professional approach. You'll get my business again, and actually get to do some work and get paid.

I had a Leak under the house, Colton was the Plummer who came out. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem in a short time and for a good price.

Fantastic service! I remodeled my bathroom and James got my toilet and new pedestal sink reinstalled and lookin good. James was a great technician and very easy to work with. Definitely going to ask for him again with my next bathroom remodel!

Our water heater went out this morning with a houseful of guests. I called Orange Coast Plumbing and they sent someone out in a few hours. He was courteous, professional and very nice! We had a new water heater by that evening.

Tayler was the first female plumber I have seen and she was awesome and corrected some things that needed to be done for my clogged sink. I am having them install an airgap in a couple months. I highly recommend

My toilet would not flush and water kept running. Steven came and accessed the situation. After explaining what was wrong, I decided to replace the same parts in my second bathroom because both toilets were the same age. I've used Orange Coast Plumbing before and have been very satisfied.

I am writing this for my mother. She had an issue with the bathtub not getting enough water pressure. Joe and Jill were very prompt with our request. They dispatched a technician out in a very timely matter. John was her technician. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. He wore his booties his mask and his company uniform. He was extremely polite and clean.

He explained why I was having these issues. He kept at it until he and I were satisfied. The young man was very professional. I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone.

I honestly don't understand how even a novice plumber could make so many mistakes. 1. The escutcheon was not installed flush with the tile, and the handle wasn't inserted all the way in. With some usage of the handle it will eventually wiggle and the silicone would detach from the tile, creating a leak. 2. Poor and messy caulk job. 3. Sealed the weep holes at the bottom. 4. Did not ask me which color caulk to use.

When I called to complain they said they were looking into it, and never bothered to apologize or offer me a refund. This company might be able to unclog your drain but I would not hire them for anything more complicated. Edit: one of the managers called me and basically accused me of being a liar and said that their plumber had notified me it would be installed this way.

Except he *never* said anything until I brought it up. He also said that it's waterproof because of the caulking, but then snuck in some verbiage into the invoice (which was only generated *after* he was done) that there's no warranty for leaks.

Nolan and Jon were a life savers. I have a blockage in the bath tub and shower, water was everywhere. We called Orange coast plumbing for help and we were so glad we did. They showed up on time. Very respectful and professional. They were able to get things running and water is draining smoothly. Thanks for taking care of the problem. I Strongly recommend them.

Our water heater died today. We called Orange Coast Plumbing, hoping beyond hope they could actually get it replaced as quickly as possible. We were thrilled that they sent one of their plumbers out today! They have us a three hour window for arrival. Kevin showed up right on time, have us a quote, answered all my questions, and completed the job in only a couple of hours. Jericho was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient.

He gave us a fare estimate and then actually completed the job for less. We have been very happy over the years with Orange Coast Plumbing mostly because they how excellent plumbers. We remain loyal customers and can't recommend them highly enough.

James was amazing. We had a washing machine installed where there used to be a second vanity in a bathroom. First time running it backed up immediately. Turns out the 2" drain had so much build up it was barely 1" anymore. He performed a "de-scaling" on the pipe going out like 30 feet. He explained the issue and how it would be resolved. Now the washer drains perfectly.

The place was built in the 60's so we were worried about how old the pipes are. James was polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. I have been using Orange Coast Plumbing for over a decade and no matter who comes out, we are always happy with their work.

Had some serious water pressure issues that has been plaguing my house for a few months now. I had a few plumbers out who told me there was no issue and told me that my water was fine @ 60psi. Nolan R. came out. I showed them the water flow from my faucet (and my backyard, and my bathrooms) and after some testing, he found that while the water was sitting @ 60psi, it wasn't staying constant at 60psi.

He showed me how it dropped to 10psi from 60psi. Turns out I had a faulty pressure regulator that the other plumbers missed. Nolan did a great job reassembling my piping at the main line and put on a new shut-off valve and pressure regulator, and about an hour later my pressure was back to normal. Highly recommend Nolan!

Great experience from answering the phone to job completion. Had an emergency call and they were there within an hour. Repair man (Stephen) was outstanding. Pricing was extremely fair. Love the fact that they're available seven days a week, 365, even for emergency calls. (Why is it plumbing problems always occur only at 5:00 or later on a Friday?;-) Plumbing done right. Highly recommended.

My master shower was leaking hot water out of the shower head when turned off. I called OCP and they made an appointment for the following day. I was given a 3 hour window with notification that they were on their way within a 1/2 hour of showing up. Once here the very polite and kind worker Isaiah took a look at the problem and knew right away what was causing it.

He gave me a minimum best case scenario and the worst case scenario. As he started the work he continuously informed me of the steps he would be taking and did everything he could to avoid cutting into the wall to fix the problem. Thankfully he avoided that and was able to save me a few dollars and the chore of finding someone to replace the drywall. It was a pricing fix but without a doubt know that it was a honest quote and a very well job done. I am very happy with the fix and I highly recommend OCP and Isaiah!

Nolan came to work on a busted shower faucet. He was on time, professional, courteous and the work was done just right. This isn't the first time I have used Orange Coast Plumbing, and I'm certain it won't be my last.

Alex did a great job. Our faucet broke and we needed a new faucet ASAP. He explained everything and was very professional. I am very happy with my faucet install and the additional plumbing issues he attended to while at my house. He took the time to clean the sink under the old faucet and went and bought a piece that would match better for our sink during his lunch errands.

He wanted me to be happy rather than just rushing through the service. He checked the water pressure and levels to make sure everything was running smoothly before he left. He wore a mask the whole time. Thank you Alex!
