Jim the owner quickly respond to my online (Yelp) quote request on Tuesday, December 21, with a clear upfront quote, very competitive price to replace broken water heater and offered same day service. His technician Ignacio did a great job replacing an old leaky GE gas water heater that stopped lighting with a new 40 gallon Bradford White gas water heater. Donald left me a message to schedule my maintenance for my heater. I called back to set it up and Darcy scheduled me for the following morning but said if she had anything open up that day, she would let me know. Sure enough, she called back about an hour later and had Brad at my door about 30 minutes after. Worked out great since I was already home for the day. Always professional, on time, and courteous. Will continue to have them maintain my system for as long as I can.

I called them to check my sister's heating system, because it wasn't working. The worker Brad came down to check on it and told my sister the valve needed to be replaced and might have to replace the whole unit, for the valve itself he was gonna charge 850. We checked with a second opinion and that worker said Brad disconnected everything and even snipped some wires. Very disappointed and shocked to hear they would do that, especially to a woman that has children, and saw the children.

I called for them to come on a Sunday night and Steve came first thing Monday morning. He was thorough, explained everything to me, and didn't pressure me to do anything more than I needed. We have roots growing through our pipes and he cleared it out with the hydro jet. He warned me about what future problems it might cause me so I can be prepared for a more major fix in the future. These guys are the real deal. Our AC went out on a Sunday, my wife's birthday no less, and it was sweltering. Donald answered the phone as soon as I called & had a tech come out the next day. Zach, the tech, is a down to earth & experienced guy, he's incredibly professional, methodical, and he explained everything he was doing & what it meant for our unit as well as pointing out some potential issues later. I called Empire and Donald set up an appointment, an hour later William and Lance showed up to my house and gave a quote to change my coil and condenser, their prices are really good compared to the other companies out there, after getting estimates from other companies I decided to go with Empire. Lance and William came back a few days later to work on my AC system and let me tell you they were fast, efficient, friendly and punctual. I definitely recommend this company.
