Treats did great service on my air conditioning unit. Their service technician was very knowledgeable and professional. The office staff was helpful and responded quickly and kept we well informed. I appreciate the thorough job Treat's did in helping get my air conditioning up and running during this very hot summer. Their charges for service were more than fair. I would happily recommend Treat's to anyone needing heating and cooling service.

Treats is AMAZING! I read a ton of reviews last year when we bought our house and wanted to install AC and decided to go with them. I am soooo happy I did. They were honest! How do I know this? I received several estimates and they were all over the place. I had another company walk in to my garage and BEFORE they even walk to my furnace.started talking about how old it was and needed to be replaced.

When Treats showed up, they thoroughly inspected it before making recommendations. We have used them since then for maintenance and they are awesome. Flexible, show up on time and continue to be honest!

Exceeded my expectations with prompt, professional service! Matt is fantastic. He is prompt and explained everything as he was going through my system. He showed me the defective part so that I could clearly see it needed to be replaced. Matt is courteous and was finished faster than I expected. Also, I got service the same day I contacted Treat's.

I was not expecting that and I did not have an emergency, but they were able to schedule my service for the same day. I also appreciated the call so quickly after my initial email. Top notch service. Got scheduled for a next day service to repair a propane furnace and the service tech arrived on time and called with an ETA when he was on his way. Super helpful and friendly technician made sure to show me exactly what was up with our furnace and was happy to let me bug him with questions and watch over his shoulder. We've had Treat's out to our home twice now and have been super happy with the service.

They not only too the time to write me back on the weekend after business hours, but they called me the next business day and someone came out the following day to look at our heating system. Right in the middle of the current cold weather system, our furnace stopped working. We made one call to Treat's and they were professional, responsive and pleasant. Our furnace broke down on a very cold Friday night. We called everyone we could contact from the internet and no one could come out to help us. We have a sick baby in the house and we were all desperate to get heat in our house. On Monday I decided to call Treats and I am so thankful that I did. Kristy took the call and was able to get Matt to come help us. Matt is the kindest man.

Extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for us. Kristy was able to locate the part we needed and Mart came back to install it on the afternoon before Thanksgiving. Treats has been my go to place for the last 10 years. I really got to know them when I was building my "forever house" and they designed and installed a beautiful system in my house, all the ducting was made to fit in their metal shop. It is so nice looking I cannot bring myself to cover it up, it gives my basement ceiling the mechanical Starbucks look.

I also am a builder/remodeler and have had them fab up some custom ducting to work in unusual situations along with other whole house systems. They also take care of rental units that I maintain, and when its more than something simple I give them a call and they are out within 24 hours if it is a furnace down situation during cold weather. They also did a couple of gas furnaces for a duplex at a great price, they took into account that both furnaces were at the same site and gave a price break, Great to work with! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank-you Treats!

Had Treat's out for the first time today to get our furnace serviced. The tech ( I believe Johnny with the great southern accent) was on time, worked To get the job done and was very, very professional. I will for sure use them again for my yearly service. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me, also let me know about some other things I can do to help with improving my power bill!

Our AC unit that was only 3 years old started freezing up at the coils and was struggling to cool our 3700 sq ft home. If you're in the Seattle area, you know how difficult it is to get an HVAC company to come to your house immediately. Treats was recommended by another company who couldn't accommodate us and was booking 3 weeks out. From booking to the actual appointment, Treats provided exceptional service and exceeded my expectations.

The receptionist was knowledgeable and was so friendly. And Johnny, our technician, was incredible. My husband spoke with him at length and he gave us so much great information on how to improve the function and longevity of our unit. From a person who usually dislikes technicians due to a long history of marginal service, my husband raved about how incredible Johnny was. Plus, he fixed the problem so quickly and our unit is now running flawlessly. Would not hesitate to work with Treats again in the future!

Extremely happy with Treat's service. We are in the process of selling our house and had an Inspection checklist to work thru that included electrical work, as well as heat pump and furnace maintenance. Matt did the HVAC work, and was so good to work with. we were experiencing some other electrical issues, and he listened to our concerns and helped us get an appointment asap.

The scheduling team worked to get us in as soon as possible for the electrical issues. Daniel and Megan came out and worked hard and swiftly to troubleshoot our issues and repair. Johnny from Treats helped me diagnose a popped condensor capacitor and was able to replace it without a fuss. He was kind enough to let me watch and talked me through every step he was doing so now I feel like if push came to shove I could replace it myself but I probably will never have to since the part that he swapped in Treats will replace free of charge for life. Overall my experience with Treats was very satisfactory and I will most likely continue to use their services in years to come.

Very impressed by this company! We had 4 companies come out to give us a quote for AC install/new furnace and Treat's was unbeatable in all areas: professionalism, price, knowledge and customer service. Not only were they great about getting in touch to let us know they were headed out, they left our house spotless. The install was clean and looks great! Quick response time and we're able to solve the problem. Did diagnosis quickly and able to work on the outside AC and actually fix it with what they had in their truck, so I would say they were prepared as well. Would definitely recommend them and I will be calling them if need be again.

Slept so poorly when it hit the upper 80s in June 2021 because our Heat Pump wasn't working. After the first night in this unbearable heat, we had two choices, call for repair or get a hotel room. We are glad we chose the second option because Treat's had us up and working well before the next day of upper 80s heat. Now we are so cold (a good thing) that even ice cream won't melt! Tonight's sleep will be extremely pleasant and without the sweats. Treats did a remarkable job servicing our unit and a super fast turnaround too!

I will definitely stay with them as our only service provider because their service is TOP NOTCH! I do recommend for anyone wanting service work on their AC/Heat Pump to go with these guys because they are the best!

Excellent service! Bought a house and the furnace hadn't been serviced in years. Was very dirty. Was explained fully on its abilities and told it was a work horse. Should keep running with good care and changing filter more often than history showed! Will have to them come yearly for cleaning and maintainace! Was thrilled no one tried to "sell" me anything unnecessary. Covid protocols strictly followed

On time, very knowledgeable, fixed what I needed fixed. There is a pretty big charge, over a hundred dollars to show up and diagnose the problem. I told them what the problem was when I made the appointment and again when the tech showed up. Sure enough, I was right but still had to pay for the diagnostic fee. The $90 part ended up costing almost $500 with installation which took about 30 minutes. I'll try someone else next time.

The technician was on time and very friendly. He explained each part of the process and after he was done showed how to set up the thermostat more efficiently as well as the process for cleaning the filter system. The quote was exactly what we paid. I will recommend treats heating and cooling to anyone who asks.

We have been working with this company since we got our first heat pump in 1990. They are always helpful and knowledgeable at the office and in the field. Did I tell you how FRICKEN AWESOME the crew at Treats is? It's a place that actually answers their phone with live friendly people! Everyone there are experts in what they do, and are happy to work with you! The techs are stellar, quality, and fast! Everything about their operation is exactly what you want it to be. I desperately needed a new furnace, and within just a few days its in, our place is warm and toasty, and Treats made it happen. I could go on. Just like before, except this time was more serious, Treat's tech Billy was exceptional. Everyone I've been in contact with there has been wonderful. A major (to me anyway) part needed to be replaced on our heat pump. Of course it happened during one of our little heat waves, lol. Treat's came to fix my furnace two years ago on short notice. I previously had another company out there who tried to convince me the furnace needed to replaced and wanted me to spend a lot of money buying a new one. The Treats guy had a totally different attitude, said it should be fine after he fixed it up. It has been running great ever since.

I just had them out again to replace my hot water heaters. They did a great job, were super friendly and did it for way less than a quote I got from another company to do the job.

I was very happy with their service. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and even offered to loan us space heaters when our furnace was out on a cold day. The technician called when he was on his way and arrived within the time window I requested. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a written repair estimate. Since he had the needed parts on his truck the repair was done in no time. I will definitely call them again with furnace issues.

Treat's Heating, Cooling & Electrical recently performed monthly servicing on the heat pump systems at both my house and my rental house. After their visit, I noticed that one of the furnace filters was the wrong size for the rental house furnace and that the service technician cut a larger filter to fit into a smaller opening. They returned a few days later to provide me with the correct size replacement furnace filters after I called their office to bring this situation to their attention. Overall, I have enjoyed working with Treats over the years that they have serviced both heat pump systems. Ty G

Treat's provided our family some much needed relief from the summer heat. We had Treat's out yesterday to install an A/C unit. Kevin and Michael were great. They were very personable and respectful and their work was clean. I've already recommended them to neighbors and will use them again in the future.

Our home heating and cooling is served by two heat pumps. The first floor failed after 18 years of service. Treat's replaced the Trane with a more efficient Carrier unit 19 months ago. Last week Treat's replace the upstairs unit with another Carrier unit, again more efficient. What is nice is the new Corr thermostats that can be managed from my smartphone from anywhere. Treat's upgraded our systems and cost less then their competitors. Also, Treat's did the job in about 5 hrs during the heat wave of August 2017.
