Although we like doing radiant floor heating systems we also offer a broad range of companion services including geothermal heat pumps, air source heat pumps, gas boilers, furnaces, fireplaces, fuel oil furnace and boiler installations.Seems like summers in the South Puget Sound are getting hotter every year but that does not mean you need to be uncomfortable in your home.

Started in 1995, Sunworks, LLC is a locally recognized design, building and consulting firm specializing in turnkey installation of energy efficient heating, air conditioning and solar water heater systems for both new and existing homes. We are dedicated to installing and servicing the best mechanical systems in the country.
Sunworks offers a variety of heating systems, including hydronic and radiant heating, geothermal heat pumps that use the earth's energy to heat and cool. Air source heat pumps and air conditioning and gas furnaces. With 60+ years of combined experience we have the manpower, knowledge and experience to get the job done.
Living in the Northwest we wait a long time for the arrival of warm weather and want to make the most of it. As temperatures start to climb, having an effective cooling system provides more than just temperature control. Being able to keep windows closed defends against safety risks, exterior noise and air contaminants.
Solar Domestic Hot Water (DHW) systems use the sun's energy to heat hot water directly. 1000's of systems were installed in the Puget Sound area in the early 1980's as a 40% Federal Tax Credit was available along with many local incentives. Many of these systems are still operating today. With improved technology systems are now capable of capturing up to 70% of the sun's energy and use it to heat hot water, where a photovoltaic system typically captures 15-20% of the sun's energy.Today, 100's of solar domestic hot water heating systems are being installed each year as another round of Federal Tax Incentives are available to help offset the cost of a system installation.

We have a Bosch tankless water heater. Sunworks was one of the few places that would even service it when it failed. When months later it had a second (unrelated) failure, Brent doggedly diagnosed the problem, and really cared that we had a working water heater. He gave good advice and put in extra effort. I sure hope we don't have yet another failure in the future, but I would certainly trust Sunworks to deal with it.

We have used SunWorks/Brent to maintain our radiant floor heating, air handler and air conditioning system. In all cases he has performed the work in a timely manner, and for a fair price. Brent takes great pride in his work and is very responsive. I would recommend Sunworks/Brent without reservation.

Brent installed an electric boiler and recirculating hot water heat in our house. The work was really high quality and we had no problems with the system while we lived in the house. In our new house Brent installed a tankless gas water heater and gas fireplace. Once again, the work was high quality and the price was reasonable. Scheduling the work was easy and the job was completed quickly. Brent does a great job and we highly recommend him.

Brett has kept our 30 year old solar panels going for the last 10 years. He is amazing and knows everything about solar systems. Even the old ones. This year he put in a new heat pump for our upstairs. Our 10 year old system had been improperly installed. He did a great job under very difficult working conditions in the attic and wasn't satisfied until everything worked perfectly, and even though it took him an unexpected amount of time he stayed with his original labor bid. This August has been exceptionally hot and our house has remained comfortable even on the hottest days on record. I give Brett and A plus for skill, work ethic and honesty.
