Had Darin Tietz come for a furnace service. Great experience. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Not trying to "sell" me on things but went through a lot of things to watch for and potential areas of concern. Even talked about current PSE promotions. Diagnostic visit with Chad was educational. The furnace in the garage (installed by previous owner) was nearly prehistoric, a dinosaur! Worst of all CO readings were enough to cause serious concern. Needless to say, a new unit is to be installed, I have work to do in the garage! Service:Heating system installation

Jonah provided excellent yearly maintenance service today. He explained what he was doing and why and I even learned some things I can do to help maintain our furnace. He is a asset to your company.

These guys are great! Always patient and through explaining why things aren't working properly. Prices are reasonable. Always arrive on time. Never pushy or trying to up sell me on things I don't need.

Josh and Ty showed up right on time. They were great at explaining everything they planned to do. Joey DeLeon, John Wood, and Anthony Hansen were absolutely amazing! I needed my heat pump unit and water heater replaced. The company was able to coordinate everything to be replaced and installed all on the same day! They were all very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Everything is working better than ever! Joe, the technician came out. He was friendly and went out of his way to answer all the extra questions I had. He was thorough and also explained future problems to be mindful about. Taylor's gave me a very fast response and quick apt. I'm very happy with their service!

We had a leaking water tank issue. Sean Smith is the technician that came out to find the problem. We were concerned the water tank may have needed replacement since it was leaking from the bottom and I didn't see any other signs of leakage. I had turned off the water and the leakage stopped. Sean immediately noticed the cause of the leakage once he turned on the water.

He then replaced the fitting that was leaking and serviced the water heater to make sure there were no other issues. His approach is very friendly, professional, and he answered all the questions I presented to him. He clarified why the leakage appeared on the bottom which gave me a clear picture of why it did come out the bottom. Great company, they also installed our furnace in the past, very happy with this organization.

My family got me to try Taylor heating, they treated my parents well and they have held up greatly at my home too. Jonah was very friendly and professional and gave us confidence in the quality of service we received. Solid work, no call backs, they show up on time, and ready to work. Taylor heating and air conditioning was a godsend! Our air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year. We called a different outfit that said they couldn't be out till the next week and the price just for showing up to diagnose would be $190.00 plus tax. I knew we couldn't wait that long as I was trying to get my 92 year old mother out of her condo and into out cooled home.

So I called Taylor after seeing their ad for $59 to diagnose and could come the next day! Wow! I was so thankful! They were so nice and professional from the gal I spoke to on the phone to Brandon who came and did the work. Brandon was so nice and was so good about explaining everything to us. In no time he had us up and running! Such a great company and family owned. I will for sure do all my business with them from now on!

Andrew was very professional, came right in checked all the outlets we had showed him checked our circuit boxed found the problem and solved it. Taylor Electric is a wonderful company. Their electricians are friendly and easy to work with. The back-office team is also on-the-ball and helped us keep things on track. We used them for a service panel upgrade and installation of heaters in a cabin that is a bit far from town. I was impressed they were willing to do the work and very happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

An amazing experience from the start with Nar to the installation team led by David and Michael. I could not be more happy. Another great experience with David and Michael today. Absolutely fantastic. Yesterday the final part of the new install was complete with a cleaning of our ducts and the team they sent were great. I am so impressed with Taylor and their work that I am now going to ask them about electrical work needing to be done at our home.

Very awesome customer service and support from the very beginning. Was expecting a long time for scheduling being the beginning of summer but only waited a week and a half for installation because of my schedule. Complete new furnace, heat pump and circuit wiring installed from nothing but the furnace before. Guys were great to talk with through out the day, even had to call reinforcements in to make sure everything was working correctly and running great in one day.

It was a lot of work with even some custom ductwork they formed right in the front driveway, not leaving to come back later. The house feels amazing now. I almost went with another contractor off recommendations from a friend, but will only recommend Taylor to anyone I talk to from now on. Great team to have around.

Both the estimate & install teams were great. I live in a really old mobile home so cutting holes to run wiring isn't a good option. The estimate team bounced ideas off each other & came up with a great plan. A week later the install team arrives & did a fantastic job. Will use them again if the need arises & will recommend to others. The office staff was great too. Good value for the work done & time spent.

I had a great experience with Taylor Heating & Air Conditioning. The sales, customer support, and install staff were all incredible! The install crew was fast, efficient, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I appreciated their attention to detail and the care they put into my install and the clean space after. Nar Lopez helped get the gas furnace replaced and was very helpful in getting complete replacement to Mitsubishi Hyper heat pump, all electric.

I wanted to add ac to our central heating I had to first upgrade our electrical panel and they did a great job of that. Then they gave me estimates for all the different types of ac I decided to go the more expensive route and get a heat pump. They came when they said they installed it. We had the motherboard go out on our gas furnace during the install they fixed that. They are very professional fast and efficient. They gave me piece of mind. The ac works flawlessly. Thank you!

I was able to confirm the details needed on my electrical panel for the ac install later this week along with other questions I had for future plans for the house. Taylor Heating has become our leading HVAC company based on the great service they provided to us and our real estate clients! Today they installed a new AC unit at our home. The entire team was excellent, nice job to have around, efficient, thoughtful and willing to explain the process! Dennis/electrician was very efficient and knew exactly what the issue was after I explained to him. He also was very kind and respectful; I was expecting a normal grouchy, know it all electrician - but clearly I was wrong. Also shout out to the office manager/person who assisted in getting me an appointment so quickly! I think she name is Amy? Even after I wasn't able to get in the next day - she called me back and offered a day later - then I got even luckier and she called back later again for next day service (as there was a cancellation). Both made this experience seamless. Will most definitely use Taylor's going forward!

This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to share some serious kudos for this company. I purchased a home this past year and used Taylor for the installation of a new furnace, air duct cleaning, and some additional electrical work, including installation of a new electrical panel and installing additional outlets to one of our rooms. Three different crews came out for these various jobs and each one provided excellent customer service.

I don't know how Taylor does it, but they seem to hire people who aren't just competent, but really customer focused. The first two jobs - the furnace install and duct cleanings, went without a hitch. The crews were on time, did their work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves leaving no debris behind. They were all really friendly, very helpful and very patient in explaining the work they were doing.

The third job, an electrical panel replacement with additional electrical work, hit a couple of bumps due to some miscommunication. But Taylor took care of the issue quickly and with a minimal amount of hassle. I couldn't be more pleased with the work they performed and they way they interact with their customers. I would absolutely recommend them, and would definitely hire them again.
