With temperatures dropping into the low forties, we turned our heat on for the bedrooms. The handler in the attic was making loud pounding noises. We called Chris' AC and they immediately sent their technician, Calvin. Calvin called before arriving; he arrived promptly and was very courteous and personable. He immediately set to work on the unit (in the attic) and diagnosed the problem.
We needed a new thermostat and relay switch. This was right before Thanksgiving but Calvin put the order in for the parts and returned to repair the unit. It is now working fine and we have heat in the bedrooms. I want to commend Chris' AC for their office staff. Their personnel is extremely attentive and helpful. I also cannot say enough about their technician, Calvin. He is hardworking and so respectful and kind. Kudos to Chris' AC
