We have had multiple great experiences with Millerman & Sons! Frank always gets in touch within the hour when we reach out, is usually able to come same day/within 24 hours, and communicates when he is on the way. We have only lived in the area a couple years now, but couldn't be more pleased to have found our go-to heating and cooling company for years to come.

After 19 years my house A/C was done. I called MillerMan & Sons. Frank, the owner of the business, came over same day to discuss my options and provide a quote on the replacement. Equipment was ordered and a few days later the new system was installed. New unit cools very well and is much quieter than the old one. Frank took the time to answer all of my questions.
He even explained the warranty on the unit and how to register for an extended warranty. Don't go with a huge company that treats you like a number. CALL FRANK FIRST. He's honest, experienced, and treats you like family.

I picked this company out by just looking on line. That was about 6-7 years ago. I won't use any other company It doesn't matter what time you call for service. He always makes time to come out and not only check, but fix your problem Frank is very professional. And his prices are very reasonable I would recommend this company with no trouble.

We are so happy with Frank's service! Quoted 4 companies and MillerMan wins hands down. Air went out 2 days after the Fourth of July and we knew it was bad with our 20 year old system. He was here within 20 minutes of my call and installed a complete system for us on a Sunday in 95 degree heat. Incredibly knowledgeable, no nonsense and more than fair. Just as with the previous review, we were quoted approx. $2000.00 from 2 other companies stating that we needed new duct work in our attic. We knew that from years of other workmen (ie from cable company and another who added couple of vents for us on an addition) being up in the attic there was some damage done to our duct work. Air/heat was being lost. Millerman came to assess and told us that he would be able to fix the damaged duct work and that it did not need to be replaced. We saved $1650.00!
