Before you authorize any work to be done you will be provided with the total cost to repair your system using an upfront, Fix-Right nationally published repair pricing guide.We charge a flat diagnostic fee -- as low as $80 - no matter how long it takes to find the source of your system problem or failure.
If our Precision-Tune-up doesn't save you its entire cost in energy in the first 90 days, we will pay YOU the difference. You can't beat that. Contact us for details. If your heating or air conditioning system should break down after we have performed a Precision-Tune-up this season, we will refund the money you spent on your system Precision-Tune-up, and put it toward the repair costs!.

Laura sold me on their services, followed through and stayed connected to assure the work was accomplished. Rachael called the day before to ask if Chris, the tech, could come THAT day. I was thrilled. Chris was awesome, professional and educated me on how to use my new thermostat. WONDERFUL team there at Munn's. And they don't price-gouge! I'm a loyal fan.

Thank you for wonderful service. On one of the hottest days of the year, we found ourselves without air. Not only did they get us on their schedule, Matt came 3 hours early, fixed our problem, and our house started cooling down within the hour. The company scheduler was kind and efficient calling us back to let us know that they could fit us in on the very day we called. God bless your company for the great service all of you provide.

Air duct cleaning was awesome. Crew explained everything every step of the way. Very thorough three and a half hour job taking all the vents off and cleaning not only in house but attic. Great job cleaning everything when they were done. Before and after photos added to the experience. Highly recommend them. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

I wish that I could give 100 stars. We called Munn's and there arrived within a couple of hours. Our repairman, Mark has been with them for 33+ years. He quickly diagnosed the problem and 30 minutes later the part was delivered to our home. He reassembled the AC and it's been running perfectly fine since. Thank you to Mark for a job well done!

I recently used Munn's - Dr. Energy Dept. after researching online. I live in Chicago but needed to get a quote quickly for an Attic issue related to needing old insulation removed and new installed for my elderly mothers home in FL that is being sold. I also needed to coordinate this service with an insect/wildlife specialist so that we could get quotes quickly as these service were time sensitive and needed to be performed back and forth with both companies!
Not Only was Munn's able to provide me with a referral but they also were extremely accommodating in scheduling service appointment around a specific schedule! Kenny was very professional and punctual! He was very honest and was able to provide a very detailed description of the work that would be performed! He answered all of my question without hesitation and invited me to reach out if I thought of something after he left! Needless to say, I was very impressed with Kenny and Munn's and highly recommend you reach out if you're looking for a reputable, reliable and professional company!

Jason Alexander and Billy installed a new AC/Heater system and I was very impressed by Jason's knowledge. They ran into a problem and it was solved immediately. Both of them were very professional, personable and friendly. They did a very good job putting things back were they were before, even swept the garage floor. Everything looked nice and orderly as if no one had been there.
As I said before they did a wonderful job and left the scene the way they found it. I'm a very happy customer and will share my pleasant experience with Munn's with my friends and acquaintances. 5 stars to Jason Alexander!

I used Munn's to insulate our garage ceiling. Communication before, during, and after the work was awesome. The team of two was on site exactly when promised, and the work was done within a hour. Great rapid service. Within literally minutes of my ringing for help. Matt was at the door. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the required part delivered to him on site within about 20 minutes allowing him to complete the job and get us up and running very quickly indeed.
