I called Apple air in the morning due to AC issue and I explained my situation. Immediately they scheduled me for service the same day. Technically came out and he was excellent. He explained the problem and was very upfront on the cost, which was reasonable. I highly recommend this company because it is hard to find a company that is responsive and reasonable.

Our tech was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure the new thermostat was setup and working properly before leaving, even after a little hiccup that caused him to be here longer than he needed to be. Would definitely recommend for anyone needed service or repairs. Services: Install thermostat, A/C system maintenance

Hired Apple air (The tech Brian)for my ac needs which included pulling out the a frame coils and thoroughly cleaning them and re installing them and installing a filter back return vent. Work was A+ clean install and cleaned up after himself. Job well done. Will refer to others! Service: A/C system maintenance

Brian's service was exceptional. From start to finish he made sure that he briefed us throughout the process and asked if we had any questions Ali g the way. Very knowledgeable. While fixing the initial issue, he discovered that an additional problem and quickly briefed us on what it was and provided us with our options to move forward. When he finished he made sure that we were satisfied with his work. Top-notch employee.

We had an excellent experience with Apple Air. I had Billy stop by and give me a quote to replace my 23 year old system. He gave me several options and answered all of my questions promptly over the next couple of days. When my existing system failed a few days after he was out, they were able to get the equipment and schedule the install for the next day.
That never happens. Justin and the instalation crew arrived at the time promised, and worked efficiently to complete the project. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend Apple Air

I highly recommend Apple air never use them before they were recommended by a friend. Best recommendation ever! I called and asked for a price on two air conditioners I had the price the same day the next day they started the project and finish two air conditioners in eight hours flawlessly perfect craftsmanship. Call and ask for Danielle she is great!

Initially we had a repair person who diagnosed the problem and explained all options. Answering questions, very thorough. Then two days later we talked to sales person, again very thorough and informative. We ordered the unit, within a couple days two installers came, removed old unit, put new unit in place, thermostat, explained new system, knowledgeable and friendly, and while a new heating and air system was not in our plans, everyone we came into contact with was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I would definitely highly recommend this business for your HVAC needs

We've used Apple Air for over 8 years when they installed a new system for us. They've done annual maintenance on both our units ever since and we have no intention of making a change. They are responsive, professional, they show up on time, do great work and their prices are very reasonable. I have no issues in recommending them! Service: AC maintenance

The company as a whole is great! I had an issue and they squeezed me in the same day. This company even called to say our tech was running late. Brian our tech was amazing! He diagnosed the problem almost immediately but didn't have the parts to fix it as they needed ordered. He is very knowledgeable but also a kind and caring person! Brian thought of a temporary fix and drove back to my house.
It work! We were showed complete kindness and empathy. He didn't even charge me for returning to my home. When Brian left I cried tears of joy that he is committed to helping others and this circumstance was not just another job for him. Thank you, Brian from the bottom of my heart!

I cannot say enough great things about Apple Air! We had leaks in our coil and needed replacement. Danielle from Apple Air came out immediately, determined what replacement units would be best for us and why. The next morning, Chad and Steven came out and did the replacement! They did an awesome job expertly and efficiently. Once installed, Chad was so helpful with helping me set up our new thermostat and explaining the filter replacement. I've already recommended Apple Air to my friend! Thank You Apple Air!

I called them because my thermostat was blank, with no power. I told the tech that please check the fuse{a/c handler} or maybe I need a new thermostat. I already checked what I could with the breakers and water clog Switch thing. When he opened the handler up, I asked him to check the fuse again, he said it was ok, "he could tell by looking at it".
After moving some wires around, he couldn't get it to work. He proceeded to tell me that I had a bad "mother board", and that they will call me with info on how much it will cost to replace. The tech was polite and seemed like a very nice person. I just felt that he was not experienced enough to fix this simple issue. This happened on Friday, and Apple A/C never called me back for prices, even after I called the office on Monday 2 times.
I called a different company today to get a second opinion and to repair it. Come to find out, it was just a bad fuse. They also had to undo what the previous tech did. After shopping around, a new "mother board" installed with labor would of cost me around $650. Previously, when I used them on a different A/C unit, I told the tech I think my leak is coming from the outside area (dryer) area, which he said he already checked.
After various different costly tests, he came back another day checking with "dye". The leak was from that outside area I originally mentioned. The extra costly test was not needed. That tech was also very nice and polite. But it seemed, both times, the techs didn't want to take my thoughts seriously. I am by no means an A/C expert, I just watched youtube videos on common issues/solutions prior to them arriving. There will not be a third time.

I do not recommend Apple Air. They were incapable of making a repair and worse then this is that they employ illegal collection tactics. They have no integrity and have attempted to bully me into paying a bill that is was in fact already paid. They sent a technician for a repair whereupon they used a faulty part which caused my system to stop cooling and lose freon.
This repair was paid for. After a long wait they finally came out to assess and in fact found that the part was faulty. The technician was unware of the prior repair and could not call the office as it was after hours when he completed the work. Almost a year later I receive a collection call for the warranty repair work and Freon (a larger bill then the original repair less then two months earlier).
The accounting department would not listen although I provided proof of the initial payment along with the warranty repair work. Nonetheless they placed this on my credit report. I will never use Apple and would like to know if others had the same sort of wrongful collections placed upon them as I am considering speaking to an attorney to place a class action suit.

I highly recommend Apple Air Conditioning. When I called to make my appointment when my AC unit was not running, the person who took my call, I believe her name was Carrie (?), was very friendly & helpful. Keith the tech who came out to my home was polite, courteous and very thorough. He called on his way : ) (as I was told he would when I made my appointment, but have heard that one before from other companies and no call was made).
He arrived when he said he would and went the extra mile to determine what was needed to fix the problem. Unfortunately, due to scheduling the appointment late in the day the part needed was not available until the next day, I had to suffer through another HOT night with no AC, however, first thing the next morning Keith was in touch worked with me on a time frame to return and fixed all the issues for a fair price. Slept well that night, very happy customer, I will use again for sure and recommend to others!

Akil, the Apple technician gets 5 stars, the office help would get zero if I could. I wasted 7 hours waiting for an Apple technician to show up for a scheduled appointment. Made appointment to get a noisy outdoor compressor looked at, and was given an appointment window of 12 noon to 2 pm. By 4:30 pm no one had arrived to my house for the appointment, and no call to say why.
I called the company back and the lady answering the phone tells me that the technician came out and they called me; however, when i let her know that I have been home all day, my phone was with me since 11:30 am, and all entries into my community are recorded and Apple is not listed as entering the gate, the lady then tries to talk over me. The story then changed to, well he didn't come out.
He tried calling and that I must have given them the wrong number. Hmmmm, let me see. I have had this same phone number since 1996, so I am sure what number I gave the same lady the day before when I made the appointment. Oh, and I had to correct the lady TWICE while on the phone today, because she kept reading back the wrong phone number as I was giving her my correct number again!
The technician, Akil (very nice guy), arrived around 7 pm to diagnose my unit, found out the problem, and is returning on Tuesday (holiday weekend) with the replacement part. The Apple technician was great; however, they really need better back-office personnel!
