Titan Air are super reliable and professional. My air-con broke over the weekend while out of town, but my dog was at my house ( with a dog sitter) and we were returning into town with my 2 year old. They came to my house, an as soon as they figured out what was wrong, they changed the capacitor with a temporary capacitor to get the air-con working the meantime until they got the capacitor from Carrier.

Then a few days later, the owner Jason came to my house to exchange the capacitor and the air- con is working great. Titan team is great, reliable and honest, hands down the best air - con repair service in Winter Garden.

We had Titan out for a service call 2 weeks ago where they replaced a wheel. Unfortunately last night something else went wrong with the new wheel. So I spoke to Jason and he was here within 20 minutes! He didn't have a brand new part and no idea when it would arrive from China. So he replaced it with a refurbished one he had at his shop that he just put a new motor in. He went above and beyond to take care of us and we are very grateful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES!
