The technicians are courteous and seemed to do a good job. But, when my heater stopped functioning properly a few months after an annual maintenance, The company blamed the quality of the oil and would not do a warranty follow-up visit. It turns out that the technician either mis-adjusted the ignitors or didn't tighten the screw sufficiently to hold them in place.
I ended up buying new ignitors from Amazon and had to fix the problem myself, a problem which the Waters technicians caused. I will find a different company for my next heater service since Waters does not stand behind their work.

Finally, an honest HVAC company! Have them service our ancient oil burning furnace annually, have replaced many parts but have often told us how great the furnace is despite other companies recommending we replace it. Had we listened we would have replaced it 10 years ago, and we'd be due for another by now! Nice guys working for them, arrive when they say they will, good communication.

I recently switched to have Waters service my oil furnace after seeing good reviews on them elsewhere. They were very responsive initially. The pricing was fair and the annual service seemed to go fine. Unfortunately my oil furnace started turning on and off intermittently over the holidays about a month after the maintenance. Worse yet there were some chemical and plastic burning smells coming from the vents when the unit was on, which really got my attention.
I left 4 voicemails on both the regular office line and the emergency/after hours line.and never received so much as a phone call back. I get it that folks might be busy or otherwise unable to come at the drop of a hat but to leave a customer hanging with not even so much as a courtesy call is awful. The staff seemed nice when I was able to speak to them but I simply can't recommend them after this experience
