My service was provided by Josh. He came out and got my heat running again. He was fantastic and answered my questions flawlessly. Someone I felt I could trust in my home without me monitoring them. Very happy with him and the companies product. Update: heat was running but my 20 year old unit decided to die again. Got a quick estimate and the price was comparable to other companies. Had my unit installed today. Financing was easy. Jake came out with another guy to do the install and it was a full day.

But credit to them for working through the downpour to get the install done. System is running smooth and my air is cold once again. Very satisfied with the business and the accommodations made by Donnelly's to not rip me off. As in since the previous work didn't hold up bring my old unit back to life, I was able to get the price of the new unit knocked down. Saved me a good chunk of money.

Brian Tapper, Service tech for Donnelly's plumbing and heating, did a complete yearly heat and A/C checkup today. He was Professional, courteous, informative and was very thorough. He answered every question clearly and without pause and to my satisfaction. He reminded me of an old school type repairman who still took pride in his work and instilled confidence regarding his work ethic. Hope to get him again next year.

Professional and smart technicians. They have conducted regular maintenance as well as installed replacements for outdated/non-working parts. I really appreciated the same day service as they had all the parts and pieces ready to solve any issue. Basically, they did not have to come back another day and my system was working the same day that they arrived.

I also felt their recommendations and prices were fair, on target, and not excessive or unnecessary. Very happy with the work and I'm confident that the systems will work properly.

Had a plumbing emergency two days in a row and they responded immediately both times. When the first quick fix didn't hold, they came back to do a full drainage pipe replacement the next day. Response times were good and they had all the parts available immediately. Service guys were communicative and thorough, and even helped scrub up some mess from earlier leaks. Very happy with the replacement so far, though it felt slightly pricey. I don't have much to compare it to however. Worth it for the speed and peace of mind regardless.

Donnelly's did an excellent job from start to finish! We were in desperate need of replacing out heating/AC unit. Matt from Donnelly's came out not long after my initial call. He was informative and not pushy (as some of the other companies we called had been). Once we decided to go with Donnelly's (after a great recommendation from a friend that had just used them as well), Alicia was so gracious in helping us over a weekend to answer questions and then getting us on the schedule that Tuesday (Monday was a holiday).The day of install then brought Brandon, Jeff and David to our home.

They were on time and very efficient in getting the work completed. They helped ensure we understood the new system and thermostat and answered any questions we would have! We would highly recommend Donnelly's!

My concrete utility sink was leaking. was installed when the house was built in 1957. John did an excellent, excellent job replacing the old sink with a beautiful new one. It took almost 3 hours to complete but the job was done with outstanding work. His kindness and the way he explained what was being done was fantastic. I've used this company before and I can say they have extremely high quality employees.

They sent out a technician (Nick) within 24 hours to fix an emergency problem. He quickly assessed the problem, and fixed it in less than 2 hours. He also took the time to show me where certain basic things, like the main water line and the water heater, were located in my mom's house. The price was a little high, but I didn't feel it was unreasonable, and Nick clearly walked me through the pricing and work before starting, which I thought was a very ethical and good way to do business. Overall I'm very happy with Donnelly's and the emergency work they performed.

Tariq and Brian were two of the most professional and knowledgeable technicians I have had the pleasure of meeting. I had them over to diagnose my heating system, and they explained not only was my heating system working great, but they gave me a couple ideas and pointers to do at my home to increase efficiency. It was like talking to two good friends and not just a business transaction. I would definitely recommend to others.

I called Donnelly's to have a look at our 15 year old hot water heater that was showing signs of aging. Nick L went above and beyond to help us out today. He explained what he inspects, what each inspection tells him, and gave an honest assessment of our water heater. He did not try and push a sale and was patient enough to talk through the different types of water heaters we could replace with and the associated costs/maintenance.

We ultimately decided to go with a full replacement because the cost was very competitive for this area and I could tell the work would be high quality. Nick worked through a delivery delay and completed the job all in the same afternoon! 10/10 for staying late on a Friday! Thank you again Nick and Donnelly's! Would highly recommend for their honest assessments of what you have going on in your house, willingness to work with your situation, and competitive prices.

I absolutely love this company! Customer service is wonderful and technicians are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We had a broken switch on our hot water heater. The technician Nick told us that we would have to wait until Monday to have the switch replaced. Today is Friday and I told Nick we could not be without hot water all weekend. Nick was able make a temporary fix to hold us over until Monday.

I cannot thank him enough! We've hired Donnelly's for all our heating and plumbing needs over the last five years. Service is always excellent, prices are always reasonable and we have always been very happy.
