Outstanding company, huge help on a hot Saturday in august. We have a newborn and they made it a priority to come help within the hour. Our technician was outstanding. He went above and beyond, he even found out that our babies room did not have the correct vent set up. I can't say enough good things. They have my business from now on.

I blame myself for going back to them over and over again even though they never fix anything. They worked on the heater three times this past winter and the problem was not resolved. Then, thinking that maybe they would be better with AC units, I called them this week. They came today. of course, the unit is not working tonight. I finally learned my lesson and will not be calling them back!

My wife suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and extremes of hot and cold cause the effects of the condition to become severe. A snap heat wave hit and our central air was inoperative. I was stunned when I called Genesio late at night and was asked if I wanted them to come immediately or in the morning (our previous company would have had us queue-up for two or more days).

We waited until morning and Genesio's technician called at 7 and 8 a.m. asking if he could come to service the unit. The technician was polite, caring and knowledgable. My central air unit was fixed and Genesio's office manager called to ask when they might come to perform a follow-up inspection. Dependable, responsive, professional, effective and reasonably priced - that is our Genesio experience.

We have entered into a yearly service contract as a result of Genesio's help in our time of need. Having used another HVAC company in the past, we can speak from experience that Genesio's service and pricing is superior. We highly recommend Genesio.

I had them out to my house to see if we could fix a duct popping from expansion and contraction inside a wall. I understand that this is not an easy problem to fix and it likely includes opening up my walls. They charged me $150 just to come out and did not do anything. Now I'm out that money and had to contact a second company. I feel that a better business practice would have been to talk this out over the phone before coming out if they were unable to help.

I contacted Valley Air in Warminster and the owner himself came out to provide a quote to fix the issue, and I was NOT charged for this. Very disappointed in Genesio and am sick that the $150 I paid could have been applied to getting the actual work done.

Typical situation - AC unit broke on a humid holiday weekend. A neighbor suggested I call Genesio because they were knowledgeable, fast, and honest. Jeff came out in a reasonable amount of time and was thorough, knew the equipment, and fixed it at a reasonable price. They've earned my business and should earn your business too. Give them a try!

I have been using Genesio for over 25 year's at several addresses and have always been satisfied and have felt I have been treated well with honest quality workmanship. On this review I had the following work performed. Complete new propane boiler, added zones for heat and ac. Added water lines throughout, new ac ducts, blowers and condensers. Intricate plumbing work throughout and a new towel warmer with separate zones in the bathrooms. All of the employees including office staff and of course Gerry the general manager have been wonderful and have always fulffiled there job requirements.

I'm so glad that I found this company. I have used them twice now and their customer service is just beyond measure. This time it was a rather lengthy service call, two days before Christmas and they stayed until the job was finished right. Despite the parts warehouse being closed for the holiday, they were able to locate a used part for me to get the house warm again.

This is clearly a family owned business that hires experienced professionals and takes pride in their work and reputation. I don't take the time to write reviews unless it is really warranted. I'd give Genesio 10 stars if I could. Just amazing. Thanks guys!

I have been using Genesio Company for around 15 years for any of my HVAC needs. Anytime I call, they seem to come immediately or at least the next day. Their pricing is very fair and they have always gone above my expectations.
