We were extremely satisfied beginning with Lisa Kruse who helped us make decisions about purchasing a Generac whole house generator. We met with four companies and learned more from Lisa. She also had the best ideas for placement. Our installers were courteous, efficient, informed, and helpful. Even the electrician was top notch. Thanks to the installation team and Harris Comfort. This company was very responsive and professional. I am happy with the ductless AC/heating unit they installed in my home. I got quotes from other companies and Harris was the cheapest for the same unit. They were able to schedule the installation quickly and completed it in the time they had told me. Right from the start this company was great. They returned phone calls, were on time for the estimate appointment, got an estimate quickly and was even earlier to install than originally expected. Installation team was at the house right at 730am as promised and they were a great group of guys. Explained everything, clean, professional and cleaned up their work area. They were friendly and all seemed to really enjoy working with each other. Glad I have chosen this local family business.

Harris installed our whole house generator in 2018. We have been extremely happy with their service. Jonathan recently did our annual maintenance. Everybody dreads an emergency situation with their heater. Harris Comfort's team helped me through our emergency. They rushed to get a new heater ordered and installed. They arrived on time. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived. They were all kind and considerate. I have been using them for years for oil delivery and maintenance. I plan to continue using them for all our HVAC needs.

The team arrived on time, removed and hauled away the old heater (damaged in the flood July 12, 2021) and installed the new heater, all the work was done very professionally and the team was respectful of my property and left the basement as clean as they found it. Since Hurricane Floyd, we've been flooded 4 or 5 times. And every time, after our basement was dry, I would call Harris. They would be out in 24 hours. They evaluate by situation, suggest what I would need to get by oil burner up and running. Sometimes I had to replace the whole heating unit, and sometimes just the burner. They would be out the next day with a new heater or the parts, and I would have heat and hot Water by the end of the day. Ever time for over 20 years, what else could you ask for?

My grandmother recently had a new heater installed after numerous service calls and money spent trying to fix the old one. The salesperson assured her that the new heater would be smaller than her old one. Fast-forward to the installation: the new heater is larger than the old one and there was no room for the boiler so it is raised to the ceiling.
There was also a new hole knocked into the wall during installation, which was crudely patched. Even if you've had this company for years and trust them implicitly, rethink it before having an installation.

Contacted Harris Comfort for quotation on Generator and Humidifier installation. Tom C stopped by my house and he was very nice to talk to. He provided quotations on generator (~$11 grand on 22kv generac) and humidifer (~$2750 on Aprailare 800 install) separately. Both the generator and humidifer quotations were on the higher side compared to. others.
The quotation was very high on the generator compared to other supplier (almost ~$2000 difference) in the area. I asked him to match or come close to the other supplier but he refused, which is totally understandble. I decided to go with another supplier for generator and ask Tom to just do the humidifier install. Got a reply from him that they don't want to do humidifer install now. Very unprofessional of him and Harris comfort.

Had a new oil burner installed today. Top notch service from beginning to end. Everyone was incredibly professional and knowledgable, from the sales team helping us make a decision to the installation team walking us through the new machine and how we can expect it to operate. I use Harris for my oil deliveries as well. Never had a single issue. This team is the best in the industry and they know how to make a customer feel comfortable. I won't be using anyone else for any of my heating or AC needs ever again.

Harris comfort has always been there when we need them the most. Heater out, phone call to harris on a weekend and they were there with in an hour. I couldn't believe it. A part needed to be ordered but they were able to wire something up until part came in which ended up being delivered on Tuesday. They are truly the best and I have been with them 22 yrs.
