Radco Appliance Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Called around noon for help with my air conditioner not working and was able to have someone out by 4pm. Rob was very knowledgeable and explained everything he did. He and his partner were very fast and efficient. I will be recommending this company to everyone! Service: A/C system repair

We bought our home two and a half months ago and unexpected repairs have come quickly. Thankfully Rob, Keith, and Radco responded quickly and professionally when our air conditioning went out. The repairs they indicated were exactly what was expected. They did not try to charge more or to make the repairs out to be more than exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issue.

They helped set a course of action for upcoming projects and went above expectations for a repair that could have been far more costly with competitors. The communication was fantastic and they explained everything to my wife, as well, so that everything was understood, like a member of the family was here.

Refrigeration Repair These folks responded to an emergency call within 90 Minutes. Keith was our Service Tech and he analyzed the issue within 10 minutes and proceeded to repair it with in 45 Minutes but the best part was his professionalism, knowledge and helpful suggestions to maintain the Refrigerator He was extremely thourough and kind. I also will say I spoke to ownership and was impressed with their sincerity and willingness to help.

I called Radco to come fix my Air Conditioner. They always are pleasant and quick to respond to my calls. They are reasonably priced. And they usually have the parts on the truck. I had a great experience with RADCO. They came out to support an AC unit under warranty that was installed by another company that was out of business. They treated me like a customer that had been with them for years and came out the same day. Their technician Keith was very knowledgeable and professional and was kind enough to answer any of my questions fully.

The owner Rob even reached out to me directly to make sure everything was taken care of. The part that needed replaced was under warranty and within a day or two the part was in and installed. A company with the personal touch but also excellent knowledge, you don't find that much today. If i could give them more than 5 stars I would. Steve

Keith was doing diagnostics in two hours after we called Radco. After 10 minutes he was able to find the issue with the refrigerator not cooling. This company is thorough and very informative and very professional. We will be using them for our heating, cooling, and appliance needs in the future. Thank you for being so responsive.

02/02/2022 Rob from Radco Air came out to service our system. 1. I had the wrong date, they left me a message to call for reschedule. I did and they came back to perform service. 2. Very through and explained what they where doing, and explain service we could do to extend service life. 3. No rushing cleaned up nicely. Will have no problem using Radco in the future. I had called Radco today to repair my refrigerator. They came out within 2 hours and diagnosed the problem. Rob and Keith are top notch technicians. They gave me a good discount for being a veteran. 5 Stars.

Literally everything about this place is a big no. Then after reading the reviews we decided we would just go somewhere else. We haven't had ac since two days before Christmas and it is now the 31st. They are never there, can't get into contact either by phone. Two people recommended Radco, to show up at the front door and they would help and we have came different hours of the day to get a part for our ac unit and have been closed each and every time. Very disappointed and will gladly take my business somewhere else because apparently you guys don't want business. Sad.

Rob came out with a helper to work on our air conditioner and I have to say they were both very professional, courteous, informative and kind. They took their time looking over everything on the unit and trying their best to possibly fix the problem and not have it cost us too much, but that unfortunately was not the way it turned out. So Rob went the extra mile and took it upon himself to give us the best deal possible and also throw in a few extra things at no charge to help out. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone and would like to thank Rob and his crew for a job well done!

Outside unit quit working and called Radco. Showed up same day and 2 hours later after my call. Didn't have the part on hand had to order but in the meantime fixed it where it would work until the part come in two days later. Had no problems with the owner or tech. Very professional and knowledgeable! Definitely will be my air company from now on!

Rob came out in a pinch and fixed my ac system that's over 10 years old. Had the parts ready to fix my system and even taught me about how my system works in the process. Had an issue with my garbage disposal and he fixed it for free while he was here. Seems trustworthy and very personable! Highly recommend.

Rob was on time and very professional. He took the time to go over everything that he was doing with my wife. Treated her like family and wasn't in a rush to get in and out. Then took the time to go over everything with me when I came in. True gentleman that values the customer over the quick turnover of jobs. When I have an issue with heating or cooling, I always call Radco. They professionally and expertly installed a new HVAC system for me seven years ago and since then they have serviced and maintained the unit for me. All the servicemen I have dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are always willing to take the time to explain exactly what is happening, what service is needed, and why and how it will be performed.

They respond quickly and always show at the appointed time. I have consistently been happy with the job they do and their attentiveness. I trust Radco and am very pleased to recommend them to others.
