Balanced Air

Quick response to assistance I needed. Very helpful and professional. Updated: 6/15/22.had an issue with our main AC unit. Needed major work done. These guys were able to resolve it under our warranty and at no cost to us. Had a slight issue getting the parts, which my caused some hiccups, but that is due to what we all are experiencing with our supply chains. Not the fault of the service company.

I had interaction with 3 folks at Balanced Air. Each one was very professional and friendly. The tech who came to my home was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I intend to use them from now on for all my AC maintenance. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were on time and took care of setting up the inspection from the County and also took care of setting up the warranty. I didn't have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend Balanced Air for anyone looking for a AC unit or anyone that needs repair done on their current system.

Excellent Overall Experience. The Service and Schedule coordinators (Shanna & Anita), the person who came to the jobsite (Gary) for the initial consultation(s)/research, and installers (I cannot remember their names) were extremely knowledgeable about AprilAire Dehumidifiers and HVAC products of various manufacturers. The people at Balanced Air were professional, provided excellent verbal and written correspondence, and took care of their surroundings (Walls, floors etc.) during installation. Balanced Air was the only company that thoughtfully matched our need to replace a 20 year old system, with brand new equipment that wasn't "more than we needed". They also did the installation in one day, so we didn't have to be without A/C overnight as other companies had proposed. We also got new duct work, and they made sure that all areas of the house received proper, quiet cooling. They made sure we were happy and the job was done to our satisfaction. Very hardworking and professional installers, and the owner was on site as well. Highly recommend.

What an amazingly good experience with Balanced Air! Our AC leaked out last night and in less than 24 hours the team at Balanced Air have replaced the entire unit. Professional, kind, hard working and honest! Can't ask for anything more! We will be recommending them to our friends and neighbors!
