The Ductz team was exceptional. The job was professional and honestly noticeable after they departed. They found a leak in the attic, identified the issue and took a significant amount of time and repaired it. We know they fixed it because the amount of air flow has increased significantly causing us to adjust the vents so the air was not blowing on us.
I don't know exactly what they did but I know as professionally as they were I feel confident the work was done right. If you are looking for a professional job, at a reasonable price give Ductz a shot I feel you will be absolutely satisfied. Oh, I don't know if this is standard but the owner called me to ensure I was satisfied and the foreman came by to check on the progress of the work. Solid company deserving of your business.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Ductz of Tucson. The crew arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently. They were courteous, explaining what they were doing, and respectful of our house. This included being careful with two active kittens underfoot. We definitely will call them for our next duct cleaning.

John might be the most honest business owner my husband and I have come across since moving to L.I. We've been having trouble with the Ac unit in the house we just bought and after being dragged around by several large companies we finally realized we needed the opinion of a professional. John came over to asses our situation. He was prompt, personable, knowledgable and honest.
Even though his company couldn't fix the problem we had (our house is very old and the AC unit just needs to be replaced) he was so easy to talk to and gave us so many options. I would call him again for any ducts I needed cleaning or any future problems with my new AC. We have been working with John and his team at DUCTZ for years. They are top notch, and we have not had any negative feedback from our customers. DUCTZ is specialized. Many HVAC companies say they do duct cleaning and wind up causing much more harm than good because of a lack of expertise. Our most recent referral had their ducts cleaned by a very large big box home services company.
