First off I didn't get to use this company only for the fact that he was booked out and we needed heat now. But when I called he was upfront saying that he was booked out the rest of the week however he did take the time to try and troubleshoot my furnace over the phone. Told me to check one other spot and to call him back and he would still try and help over the phone.

To me that is just down right Awesome, you don't find too many people like that anymore. Thank you very much Richard. I will say that when problems arise in the future he will be the first on the list to call.

Not only did he help me try to troubleshoot over the phone he actually came out to help me with my heating system after his scheduled workday on his own time, he went out of his way to correct several deficiencies done by a prior service company and and then after a wonderful job he explained the issue the solution and the ways to avoid more issues. this company is well informed well prepared and welled. an excellent example of prompt, high quality service

Our furnace broke down and we needed help ASAP. We are so glad we found and went with PHC. Richard came out immediately. He brought several space heaters that we could borrow until the new furnace was installed.
