I cannot say enough about this company. If you're having a/c problems or need an entire new system like I did, you have to give these guys a call. They weren't the first ones to try and fix my a/c. No one else could get it done but they sure did! From start to finish they were very professional, polite, arrived on time, kept me informed, cleaned up after themselves , and finished the job in record time.
And then stayed to make sure the system was working properly instead of just bolting! Great job guys, you've earned every praise I can give and my new a/c feels soooo good! Thanks!

On Monday August 2nd I scheduled an appointment with Mills AC to make repairs to an AC unit Mills installed and is still under warranty. I have now been without AC for 3 weeks in Destin, Florida. The office staff has given me the run around for 3 weeks and the service manager Brent will not call me back. It is unbelievable to me that you can't fix a customers AC for three weeks.
A customer who spent thousands for you to install the unit less than 4 years ago. RIDICULOUS AND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. 3 weeks later, Still waiting on Mills to repair the unit they installed.

I have used Mills twice for new AC units at my home as well as periodic repairs, and I have been pleased every time. Their prices are very competitive and their service is outstanding. My A.C. Unit went down due to Hurricane Sally. Had to have been the Electrical surges from the power cutting on & off. Last night I realized my house was not cold and I knew the AC had been running. I went to investigate & realized my Outdoor unit wasn't running. (It has been the day before) I called this morning & they got someone out here by 2pm today.
I probably lucked out because other people are out of power. But he fixed it! Fried wiring from an electric surge, my compacitor went out and he fixed another part. It's already cooling In here. Mills Heating & Air has exceptional service and I highly recommend them to anyone. P.s. I purchased the system through Mills 3 years ago, they beat out 9 other estimates.
I didn't pick the lowest estimate, I picked the most reasonable price for the product plus the service that came with it. From the office staff, sales representative and service techs. They deserve 5 stars! Exceptional service.

Best company ever. Called Friday afternoon, they came right out my airconditioner was fixed by Monday afternoon. They ordered the part and got it fixed immediantly. The price was reasonable less than half of what Total Air Care wanted to charge me after 3 weeks of no one knew what they were doing except passing the buck. Mills gotten taken care of within a couple days. Thank you Mills Heating & Air.

This is a great company to work with! They provided a competitive quote and they have great customer service! All the technicians we worked with were great! We had an issue with the AC and they sent a tech out on a Friday night to resolve it and then he took it one step further and fixed some stuff that they didn't necessarily have to. I would highly recommend this company!

Our air conditioning went out a week after July 4th, couldn't be any hotter in FL but then. Our entire condominium complex, almost 500 condos, uses Mills Heating and Air. They were recommended to us as being new condo owners. We couldn't have been more happy with this company and especially our installers. Extremely courteous, hard working, and just "good guys". Along with a great price, I can't recommend this company enough. Thanks for "cooling us down"!
