I called USHAC for a plumbing issue and maintenance work. They were quick to respond and professional. Zach was very knowledgeable and informative. He was able to answer all my questions, and completed the repair in a timely manner. Thank you!

Great place to get new unit but not so great with finishing the touch ups. Still waiting for side of house to be fixed where electric went into the house. Opening was cut too big and never fixed.

My experience has been great. From the moment I contacted them in need of a new AC unit they have provided a great and outstanding service. Joel and his partner were very punctual, hard workers, communicative, and in all reality they did a great job. I would recommend Joel as a technician to anyone. Thanks to them my New AC is up and running extremely grateful.

They where great, on time very professional. My apt complex hired them to fix a gas leak. Both of the techs, Zach and Damion should very professional attitude.plus where careful with my service dog.

I sent in a request to who I thought was home advisors and they partner with Angi list contractors. This company is the worst nightmare! They are liars and the manager does not return calls. They did some electrical work for me and one of the technicians caused a ton of damage to my property. They damaged my 60 in tv to the point it will not turn on, they damaged a bedroom tv, they damaged an Xbox.

They fried my adt panel to the point adt security had to come out to my home to replace the panel and re program all of the sensors in my home. Spectrum had to come out because they had blown an amp and left my family without Internet service and landline for close to 48hrs. They forgot to re attach the wiring to my dryer They damaged my exterior security lights and had to re run wires. DirectTV tech came to my home and had to replace a cable box because it was fried.

My ring door bell was damaged and adt had to replace the adapter. My power was off for at least 8-12 hrs two days in a roll as the food in my freezer and refrigerator was going bad. They have not even begun to talk to me about replacing my damaged items. I am not sure how they got such great reviews but there electric is Horrible! Stay far far far away!

I contacted Angi List and told them never ever contact me with any of their so call contractors! If I could give this company a negative -20 I would but I select one, but this company does not deserve even one. I must admit, since this post, Max, the general manager resolved all of my concerns. He went far and above expectations to correct all issues.

Since being in communication with Max, I feel comfortable utilizing more of their available services. Thank You so much Max! I used this service again because of Colis the electrician. But, this company is AWFUL! First, in my contract, I was told they were going to pull permits! They completely did the work as of 3/20/22, but Never not once pull permits!

I called to schedule an inspection with the City and they just got the application today 4/12/22 almost month later! I have had the techs out multiple times post installation and now the Company refuses to come out. I paid them over 18000.00 for sloopy, leaking, malfunctioning split units. The techs left exposed copper wire to my compressor, one of the units were leaking in the room, another one is flashing P6, they are trying to convince me it's 23 seer when the website states 19.8 seer, left gaps or openings to the white liners! List goes on! One of the units would not turn on it showed a negative sign. Keep your money and stay away from this company! Management is horrible!

I would have liked it better if the technician had called to give me a heads-up about when he would arrive at my house (arrived a few minutes after the 2-hour window of time I was given). I didn't have any problem other than that. He completed the maintenance check and said he didn't find any issues.

Damien and Arthur did a very good job replacing my water pipes. The job was a little pricey but they give you a great warranty and I guess you get what you pay for. All in all it's a good company to do business with.

I'll never use this company again because they are not clear about the terms of agreement. I signed with them for AC bi-yearly maintenance. One month after the tech came our AC unit shut off because the Adrian age line was clogged! Before I signed I made sure that specific service (checking the lines) was included in our agreement and of course they confirmed at the time! Definitely not renewing nor recommending to anyone!

The technicians came during the time frame promised and were very cordial. My unit started working the way it should when they came which is how things tend to happen, but they still did a full diagnostic. The only thing that gave me pause about this visit was the the new unit sales pitch. I am aware that my unit is at the end of life, but I know that it doesn't need to be replaced immediately.

I appreciated the insight on the products that they offer, but I don't like being sold something that I don't absolutely need at the moment. I typically have my system serviced once a year by various companies and I've never had them try to sell me a new unit. They typically tell me to ride it until the wheels fall off :). I appreciated the courteous and prompt service, but can do without the the immediate sales job.

I started using USHAC after my wife saw their van which mentioned they're a one stop shop. They do Electrical/HVAC / Plumbing. She thought how convenient, but how reliable or their quality of work? Are they good at what they do? So we called for electrical work at our home. It was a beautiful solution to get electrical run on our new screened porch for fans/lighting.

You can hardly see any exposed electrical hardware, and the quality work showed. So this time I called them to fix ducts and electrical issues after squirrels got into our rental property. How convenient to have everything addressed by a company that I already trust and know their quality work. They sent Jesse and Juan to assess what was needed for the fix. A/C ducts were repaired and electrical wires were replaced and insulated.

From the assessment to the fix, everything was done to my satisfaction. Since some of the work was in attic...they took before and after pics to show me what was done.
USHAC is my partner when issues arise for me, that's how much faith and trust I have in them. So much so that I now provide their contact info to friends and neighbors.

Juan was more than efficient, professional and courteous. He accomplished the task which we very much needed in a time of family crisis. I couldn’t recommend him and the company with any more confidence and surety than I am. They came referred to us and now I can certainly see why. USHAC and in particular Juan are absolutely the best. First Jesse our sales representative arrived right on time on Friday with Jose to check our AC. We knew it was time to probably replace the existing one ( had bought that one from them as well in 2006 ) They went over everything with me and then were very patient when we had questions. We decided to go with the whole new system since our house was built in 1967 and not sure when the air ducts had ever been replaced.

Then when the two installers Donny & Lincoln got here this AM right on time they were also as nice, very professional & Patient. We should say that the office staff Was as nice too. I spoke with Heather to schedule it and she was very helpful as well . Thank you to all the nice staff we would highly recommend them.

Jesse was awesome he came to the house on short notice and after hours. We had an almost 12 yr system that was hit by lightning. We called on Tuesday evening and the next day was installation. We really l appreciated the care and fast response that USHAC has provided to us.

Arrived right on time was actually shocked expected it to be longer. Eric the technician did a very professional high-quality work and quickly done. Also provided a lot of information that was very helpful.Was extremely happy with the job and dealing with this company will definitely use them again if needed in the future.

Juan, the technician, was awesome! He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and conducted himself in a professional manner. He was attentive to all my needs and went out of his way to provide an excellent customer experience.

Erik with US Heating & Air saved the day when our water pipe broke and we needed an emergency repair on a Sunday night. He was very nice and efficient, and Caroline with the dispatch team was so helpful as we were waiting before our service. We were so thankful their team was able to help us!
