Four Seasons has twenty five full time employees, who are dedicated to the service and repair of air conditioning and heating systems, ranging from one and one half ton residential systems to commercial systems in excess of one hundred tons in capacity. Employees are not only trained in-house but receive factory training as well as courses provided by the Southern Company.
Living on the Emerald Coast and other Northwest Florida areas require you to be sure that your air conditioning systems work efficiently and are at top performance to keep up with the 95 degree days. I originally called Four Seasons AC to provide us with another quote for a new AC unit due to the scare that a prior company evaluating our home provided. Sales Rep Rocky arrived at the time frame he promised and was very friendly. He gave me a verbal rough estimate for a new AC unit and emailed me the final estimate a short while later, which thankfully matched what he told me. Also, he recommended that I get a diagnostic performed on my unit, just in case a simple repair would be needed, this way I can better make a decision if a new unit would be needed right away or not. Thankfully a Tech Specialist Robert was in the area and showed up to our home a short while later, at the time he promised and did his eval.
He was also very friendly and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. Additionally - both Rocky and Robert were open to chatting with my husband on the phone, to ensure that we all were on the same page! It was also comforting to get emails from Rocky saying that he was communicating with Robert to ensure that they too were on the same page to provide us with the best customer service possible.
As a Customer Service Professional myself, I recognized that right away and was humbled to experience it with this company! My family signed up for the service we thought was best based on their combined expert advice, and gladly signed up for their Energy Savings Plan. We used to live in South Florida, and no companies offered twice a year maintenance service, only once a year.we are looking forward to continue working with Four Seasons AC!

Had an issue with our furnace and called Four Seasons A/C. They answered the phone right away and got scheduled for a time to come fix our system. Dave "Skippy" arrived and immediately started working and found the problem. Along the way a few other things needed to be replaced and he kept us informed the entire time while gave us accurate estimates on everything needed.
He was very thorough and ensured everything was working properly before giving us the bill! Great customer service, honest staff, and reasonable pricing! Will be calling them back if any other issues occur!

My A/C stopped working late Saturday night on a busy, hot holiday weekend. Sunday morning I called all three of the top rated HVAC service companies that advertised 24 hour service. Keith from Four Seasons was the only technician to call back. He explained what I already expected, they were slammed. As the day was almost over I fully prepared for another hot night. Keith called and had us up and running before dark.

Outstanding service. On a personal level, Rocky is a really nice, straight talking guy. Professionally, he was above and beyond. Didn't try and sell us a bunch of stuff we don't need. Just the facts, and presented us with all of our options. Thanks again Four Seasons team for another great experience! We'll be back and you have our recommendation.
