Don't trust this company! They installed my new dishwasher wrong and it caused several parts to break and it voided our warranty. We have been without a dishwasher for over 6 months and now. The parts are in but they are telling us that they cant get to us for another month. Even when they do decide to come out and fix it we still will never be able to get our warranty services back. Don't trust this company, because when they screw up they will be in no hurray to fix the problem. They have been rude and uncaring. Very frustrated.

I called this company for repair work on my fridge. The service man was rude, showed up and diagnosed within 10 minutes and left. The company charged me $75.00 for less than 10 minutes telling me what's wrong and then wanted to charge $80 for the part and $85 for the guy to come back to do the repair to the fridge. (Safe to say I don't think they ever have the parts on the vehicle just so they can bill for another visit) Warning!

They take your credit card information before the appointment and tell you they won't run it unless you give the green light, but this is a lie. When I called to ask about only doing one charge for labor as 10 mins at $75 is a rip off they refused and few days later my credit card showed a charge of $75 without my permission.

Couldn't have asked for better professional service! Employees Robert Hudson & asst. Jacob were here on time, serviced both Central Air Units addressed some future possible issue's, answered many questions & even fixed my bicycle kick stand! Critical: Value I was hopeful this company could solve my issue - instead it cost me $150 for absolutely nothing but a sales pitch for a new system

Got charged a full hour of labor ($80) to have the furnace filter door turned around as it was on backwards. I'd say they spent a good 5 minutes doing that. Have used them for a long time on our beach condo, spent lots of money with them over the 21 years of ownership, replacing air conditioning condensers(2 or 3), a furnace, & regular service. I'll be glad to update my review if they respond in an appropriate manner.

Water was dripping from an A/C ceiling vent. The technician determined the water originated from a sink drain and went beneath the A/C boot through the vent onto the floor. Turns out it was a plumbing problem. Thank you for the diagnosis. Service: Repair AC

Unsafe drivers. Witnessed someone last friday run someone off the road by texting and not paying attention. Please train your employees to stay off their phones while driving! Especially with all the tourists and pedestrians around this summer! Its dangerous for everyone else!

I am in property management. I submitted a request yesterday to AHS and they assigned Murphy's Home Services, I have had trouble in the past with communication with them and I was a little stressed at first knowing they were the ones assigned. I got a call first thing this morning from I believe Crystal. She was absolutely wonderful. So nice and so helpful.

She completely changed my perspective on the company. I hope I remembered her name correctly. I can't get over how WONDERFUL and PLEASANT she was was to work with. Thankful for people like her!

The Murphy's team is extremely responsive and cooperative. The techs always arrive on time and are never in a hurry to get to the next appointment. Twice, they told me I didn't need a particular service, saving me a couple hundred dollars. They also went the extra mile to obtain warranty coverage when the manufacturer resisted (>$700). I trust them explicitly and know I'll never pay more than I should. I've been using them for four years (Two HVAC installs plus a few service calls).

Have had a few issues with this company as of late when it comes to warranty and installation. Repair techs have been ok but not the greatest. However the tech I dealt with today was a lot better then the ones I have been getting recently. I think they are just having problems finding good help. If there warranty problems were fixed I would rate higher.

After 4 attempts to fix my A/C from low refrigerant and leaks, each time saying that the job was done, I still had A/C issues and now the unit was whistling. Had a new company come out, they ran a dye through the system to find leaks, something that Murphy's never did, and found out that Murphy's "senior technician" had done a terrible job fixing a part on the unit. The brightly colored spots on the pipe in the picture are where the leaks are under a blacklight.
