Randy was very helpful. I thought my water heater needed a new part but Randy insisted it was something else. He talked me through resetting the safety button and the problem was solved without wasting money on a part that wasn't even needed. He was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. And will use them again in the future.
