Very professional job. Carmine did a thorough diagnosis before deciding what the problem was. I recently had another plumber who came in and cleaned out the sewer. We called Bailey Plumbing for an evaluation of the water heater and a few other plumbing projects in our new home. Joe Yuhas was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain options and allayed some concerns we had regarding the project. While I have yet to use their service for installation/ replacement, I did find Joe's evaluation very comprehensive and will certainly recommend this service.

You could see Bailey's professionalism right from the point when someone answers your call. The lady who answered my call was nice and she scheduled a few estimate visit for the very next day. I called Bailey because i suspected my water main shut off valve wasn't shutting the water completely. The next day mooring i got cake and text saying a technician named Ron will be at my home.
He came and checked the valve. He told me that there is nothing wrong with the valve. I just had to be patient. What i liked about Ron was he didn't try to push me to replace the valve. I will definitely hire bailey for any of my future plumbing works.

This was my second time using Bailey Plumbing Heating Cooling, and again they performed an excellent job with replacing my A/C compressor and coil. From the beginning, they skillfully examined my system and diagnosed my issue. They worked to choose the appropriate size system for the square footage of my house, and they developed and executed an installation plan that was quick and performed on time.
The new A/C system is running great and we are very pleased. All the costs were clearly laid out and there were no surprise extra fees. We are very happy with the service. Thank you!

We called them Saturday evening, and they had someone here Sunday morning. That's really excellent service- most other companies either didn't call us back, or told us we had to wait a few days. My shower faucet had stuck in the open position and water was coming out. I turned off the mains and called Bailey, and they dispatched Ron within 24 hours. He was on time, very professional, personable, and knowledgeable and he fixed my problem very quickly. Everything about this process was a pleasure, it's how service should be. I cannot say enough things good about Andrew the tech. He had been to my house before and I was glad he was coming back. He is so friendly and explains everything He took care of my backed up sewer to get everything flowing again. The woman on the phone at night was so helpful and friendly. She helped set up the appointment and walked me through everything (water company program). Thanks Bailey and Andrew for another job well done!
