STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had an issue with my outdoor unit, a so called technician came out and said I needed a new unit which was put in by this company in 2014. It should have been covered under warranty. After telling me it was covered and scheduling an appt. they called me the morning they were supposed to come out and said it wasn't covered under warranty.

I told them that I would pay the $3300.00 for the unit and I would go after the warranty company myself. They told me that they would not come out to fix it and left me stranded. Customer service is horrible! I called another heating company who came out the next day and told me that there was nothing wrong with my unit except the capacitor was weak which cost me 130.00. Problem fixed. I thank god Action didn't come out that morning. Dishonest tried to sell me a unit I didn't need!

I'm very happy with the service provided! I came home from vacation with my 2 year old too find that my heater had stopped working while I was gone. The technician sent out was pleasant, clear, and efficent. He arrived earlier than expected and our problem was fixed within an hour. (Fairly simple repair) Price was was reasonable. Overall great experience and now we are WARM!

Needed emergency service on my property AC unit. Called at 11pm on evening of the issue, Action was very responsive and had a service tech at the property early the very next morning. The AC unit had completely failed and had to be replaced. They had a replacement unit in stock and had it installed within a couple of hrs. Communication was great, I was kept informed thru out the entire process. I have used Action a few years ago and glad I returned for my emergency AC repair needs. I highly recommend them for your AC or Heating needs, they are great

I called Action because their sticker was on the HVAC system in the home we purchased 4 years ago. The inside blower stopped working the night before but the outside blower was working. I called them in the morning and they were abrupt on the phone but willing to come out in a heat wave so I was thankful. When the technician arrived, he went downstairs, took the front cover off, looked inside for a couple minutes, talked about how it was an old system (15 years old), put the cover back on and went back upstairs.

At the point, he proceeded to tell me that we could replace the inside blower for just over 4k or do a whole system (not including ducts) for $6300. He then charged me $125 for the 10 minutes he was in the home, NOT running any diagnostics or even looking at the outside blower, told me I had until 12pm to let the office know if we wanted a new system installed that day and left.

I then called a Lansdale HVAC company who sent a tech out a couple hours later who ran diagnostics on both blowers, found out it was the motor, replaced it while there and had our system up and running. Not to mention, put aside the cost of the motor, their service call was $85 not $125 and before he did the motor, he was in the house running diagnostics for triple the time Action was.

Save your money - do your research - see who offers your the best labor warranties, etc. for installs and has the best OVERALL reviews before making the call. I would never call Action again. I wouldn't even give the one star but you have to in order to post.

My furnace wouldn't work on coldest day of the year. Called several companies that couldn't make it out for several days. Action was able to come that day. I was sure I was going to pay a fortune to get it fixed but needed heat no matter what. They said it was just my pilot light. They got there quickly and got my heat back on right away and all I ended up paying for was a service call. They were amazing!

On December 15, I was having trouble with my heat. I called Horizon to come out and look at my furnace. They quoted me a price of $13,500 to replace my 18 year old unit. Upon recommendation, I called action for a second opinion and they told me a new heater would cost me $7700 for the same exact furnace Horizon was going to sell to me. Needless to say, I signed a contract with Action.

The crew was at my house later that day. The put down drop clothes and explained the entire process to me. The staff was professional and did the job efficiently and neatly. I highly recommend them.

Called three people to come out and give me estimates on fixing my heater. The second company never showed up. The last company was Action. they were less expensive then the first company that came out so I chose Action and was very pleased with my choice. Very prompt, professional and reasonable.

Ricky and his helper arrived on time. They were very pleasant and professional. He presented the facts, the price and once I approved the work he efficiently replaced my water heater. He was very respectful of my home and made sure everything was protected before bringing anything in to work. He explained different things to me as they went along so that I understood how it all works and he was very patient with me.

My heater is in the laundry room so there is not a lot of room to work in but he put everything in with no disturbance to anything else in the room. To be honest the was in better shape after he cleaned up than it was before. I recommend these guys! Thank you! Just so you know, I had horizon come out before these guys come out and they were double the price. My neighbor recommended them. I'm happy I picked Action.

I called Action for a repair on my heater. I had another company come to look at the heater and they said the it needed to be replaced for an extraordinary amount of money. Action repaired it for a fair price. The service tech arrived on time, were clean and friendly. My heater is in tip top shape and running great!
