The only accurate way to determine the correct capacity of heating and air conditioning equipment for your home is to have a load calculation performed on your home, which gives your dealer the heat gain and heat loss design data for your home, which is used to select the appropriately sized air conditioning or heating system for your home.

I recommend Central Jersey Air wholeheartedly, Frank and his team go above and beyond. We have been using their services for the last 7 years. We purchased our A/c unit from them and have had our heating serviced annually. Our A/c unit stopped working during the recent heatwave and Frank sent someone to repair it ASAP! Frank and his team did quality work installing our new HVAC unit and passed township inspection with flying colors. They are very professional and clearly explain the product. They were also flexible working with my busy schedule. Before installing this unit, I used them over a 2 year period fixing various AC issues. Frank and his team are exceptional! We've used them for repairs, install of heating and cooling in our prior house and we plan to use them again for our current home which desperately needs need units. After at least 7 years of using this company, I will never use anyone else. I recommend Frank, Brian and the team to all I come in contact with. The owner Frank came to my home and gave me an estimate for a replacement for my old AC Unit. He was very informative and professional. Frank and his crew arrived right on time and installed the new AC Unit and took away the old - I work from home and I barely knew they were even there! They all wore booties and masks and covered my stairs and floor with tarps, to keep everything clean- I really appreciated that! I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done, and if I need any heating or AC service in the future, I will definitely use Central Jersey AC.

We have enjoyed our new Trane XR16 A/C for seven days now, and the experience with the installation of the XR16 and our new furnace by Central Jersey Air, from start to finish, was A+. Frank was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable, and he really impressed me with the way Central Jersey Air handles everything for us. He explained all the options available and how they would work with our existing duct work and steered us away from several unnecessary expenses.
He and his team showed up on time last week and completed the replacement of our A/C and our furnace in less than a day. He personally supervised the entire project, as he tells me he does on all projects. They left us with a good-looking and well-functioning system. They left the basement cleaner than they found it - cleaning up scraps left behind by previous contractors!
And they did a good-looking job to fill in and level the area around the outside unit. They were very considerate about our Covid-19 concerns and wore masks, gloves, and boot coverings every time they came into the house. We replaced a 20-year-old-plus AC and a nearly 40-year-old furnace. The new A/C runs more quietly than the old one, and the two-speed fan is working to keep our upstairs more comfortable than before. I am looking forward to seeing the A/C energy savings this summer and heating savings over the winter. I recommend Central Jersey Air.

Central Jersey Air did an outstanding job on the installation of our new heater and air conditioner, including new ductwork for a bedroom addition. The owner, Franco, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We decided to use them after both of my neighbors gave them rave reviews and we are really happy with their knowledge, work ethic, , care for our home and friendliness. We especially liked having the work done by Brian who did most of the installation work. Highly recommended!

Frank and his crew were highly professional from start to finish. They fixed my old a/c unit so it would run during the hot summer until they could install the new system. They showed up on time and installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit. His crew came in separate vehicles, wore facial masks and foot coverings to ensure the safety of my home and family. They did a wonderful, thorough and clean job. Frank handled all necessary paperwork for warranty and permits. I would highly recommend Central Jersey Air Conditioning.
