Went to turn sprinkler system on for the season and turned the main valve that supplies water to the home by accident and it seized up. Blakeslee sent Andrew out and he was easy going and made me feel alright about an emergency plumbing call. Had me fixed in no time and was on his way! Thanks guys!

I was in the middle of a remodel project and ran into a small heating duck issue. I called many places no one would help. My furnace stopped working over the weekend. I called Blakeslee and Sons Monday morning anticipating several days before someone could come. To my surprise, they were able to get someone out within an hour of my call! Drew came and was friendly, personable, and professional. They had the part I needed in stock and it was fixed extremely fast! I was extremely impressed with the overall experience!

I'm not impressed with this company at all and highly don't recommend. We had a service tech come out and replace a heat exchanger in late November. With service call and replacement which was under warranty that cost around $1000. This past Friday I had someone come out because my heater wasn't working again. She adjusted a few things and went on her way. Charged a service charge of $88.

Not sure how well my furnace was looked over but 1 day after my furnace completely stopped working. Could this have been prevented had there been a thorough check I don't know but I find it hard to understand having a tech come out and 1 day later my furnace completely dies. So I had this company come out again to check the furnace. For them to tell me the heat exchanger is no good along with several other things.

Mind you I just had this part replaced not even 4 months ago. The technician couldn't explain why and said he needed to talk to the guy that put it in and they would follow up with options. Their options were replace the heat exchanger which they offered no discount for and claimed it had no warranty replace a few other things at a ridiculous price of $1459 or buy a new furnace with a discount of $408 which they said was half of the cost of heat exchanger.

The furnace price I was quoted from another company was $1300 more expensive with the discount for the same furnace. I'm not happy with my experience or how they made it out to seem I was getting such a great deal with a discount of $408. So I'm out a furnace and $1000 I put into replace and service calls all for nothing. This is just Completely ridiculous!

Chris did a great job! He was professional timely and went the extra mile to make sure my family was warm before he left. Even though it was an "easy fix" he provided suggestions in order to make sure future problems don't occur again! He also provided us information regarding their peak protection plan which we will be looking into in the future. Thanks again Chris!

What a quick and smooth service. Same day they gave appointment for check up and Kolton serviced the T &P valve issue of my water heater. Pretty impressed with Kolton professionalism and reasonable quote.

Repair toilet that was leaking/running. Bret did a good job and was very personable. He was on time, very professional, knew what he was doing, cleaned up, and willing to explain what he was doing. From a pricing standpoint, there may need to be an adjustment in how this is priced out. This was a simple job and should have been by the hour or comparable to an hourly rate (+ some buffer for a fixed price, totally get that).

I compared it with another plumbing company based on their rates (A large well known company in GR) and for the same amount of time + travel, this job was about $200 more. Everything else was done very well.
