I have used Patton Mechanical for years for all my HVAC needs. Recently, Lincoln and Garret did an outstanding job installing my new mini split in a shop. They were professional and worked hard. We had a problem with our Geothermal Unit in the middle of the hottest time of the summer. Patton Mechanical was quick on site, found the problem, and set in motion the process to get everything fixed. They were able to get the parts under warranty. When the parts arrived they were back at our home within a day. The best thing was that the technician explained things as he worked and I was able to understand what he was doing and what the problem was. A customer for life!

When my heat pump died at the end of last year, I called and spoke with the owner about a new Trane heat pump. He was very knowledgeable about the products offered and the price was very comparable to other "no name" systems around here. I called to inform him which heat pump that I was going with and it was installed 3 days later. JJ, Lincoln, and Mike were in and out within a couple hours and had my heat working flawlessly which is important in January. I highly recommend them to friends and family and will continue to do business with them as needed.

I had an issue with my AC on a 85 degree day. Josh came out and serviced my unit. Fixed it in no time. It was low on Freon. Josh Explained everything as he went along. I called back for the maintenance agreement. Josh was back at my house a few days later to service my unit for the maintenance plan. He even brought me metal filters that we talked about prior and showed me how to clean and install them.

These guys get 5 stars In my book.i wish I could give them more. I look forward to them keeping my unit up and running for the summer and winter months. Thanks Josh and Patton mechanical Inc for everything.

We've had work done on two houses recently by Patton Mechanical, and are extremely pleased. They are installing the HVAC in our new house under construction, and I'm pleased with Zach's work there. We also had them switch out the unit for our current home. Josh, JJ, and Lincoln worked efficiently and kept us informed of what they were doing at every step. Would highly recommend them.

Josh with Patton Mechanical did an excellent job for me on my heating and air system on 2/7/19. He did a PM on my system and he also answered some Important questions that I had. My AC decided to stop working on Friday night before the hottest weekend so far this. Since Patton Mechanical takes care of everything at my workplace and do such a good job, I contacted them. On Friday night I sent an email explaining my situation. I figured I would hear something on Monday or Tuesday. I was wrong! On the very next morning around 10 am a Patton Mechanical truck arrived in my yard ready to fix my unit. Josh had my AC unit up and running within the hour! What a blessing to have such a prompt, caring company to deal with - and such a nice respectable technician like Josh! Thank you Patton Mechanical!

Just had a completely new Trane dual fuel system installed in our home. We also had all new ductwork installed along with the system. The total job was done expertly by three highly talented men. Patton mechanical came out and diagnosed my problem and came back 2 days later with my brand new unit and replaced it. fast and efficient. It was a joy talking with the technicians they were very informative and polite and cleaned up every thing great before they left.
