I called Thresa in the morning and she had someone there within 2 hours to fix my AC on the hottest day of the year so far. Theresa could not have been more helpful and polite on the phone and I would recommend her to anyone. Rob showed up and was tremendously professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed right away. My house is cooling down now and I could not recommend River City, Thresa, and Rob more

Great company. always on time, fixes the issue the 1st time, very professional, and always handles my issues in a timely fashion

They are great come out one day for a quote and fix the next day great service and friendly staff

We had Ron Carpenter in for washer repair and he told my wife that it may be a factory warranty issue and charged $100 for a service call. My wife was upset and wrote a bad review. Ron called and left a message apologizing. Another tech from a different company came and fixed it. Several days later we received a sincere letter from Ron again apologizing along with a check to refund the $100.

My wife said she MIGHT edit her review. I couldn't take that chance. Ron and River City Mechanical have redeemed themselves in my book and I needed to set the record straight! Kudos!

Water heater blew out and they had us back up and running the very next day! Excellent job! Thank you!

So happy for the service to my building today to check the A.C. units! I locked myself out of the building on the 2nd story balcony with no way down and you heard me yelling and helped. Thank you! (lol)

I was disappointed with the service I got, he came and replaced 1 part that didn't fix the problem and said it could be something else and didn't try to diagnose it, then got in his truck and left. The other problem is no one answers the phone when called and so I'm left with my central air still not working. I am very disappointed.

Whoever was driving the van with license plate DA15860 at 4pm on Sunday Sept. 9th, 2018 needs to be a little more careful. You pulled into the left turn lane in front of Target on 44th, just to cut me off and jump 3 lanes to make your right hand turn onto Ivanrest. The 5 seconds you saved getting to your turn before I did isn't worth the life of anyone who's just trying to make a quick trip to the store or make it home to their kids. Be an adult. Think of the consequences your actions could have.

I encountered a confrontational Employee at the. Clearbrooke Post Office near the East Beltline. I was leaving after picking up a package and notice the Company Van was parked inches away from my passenger side door. This ticked me off and I went back in to Post Office and wanted to find out who parked so close to me. The employee ran out and said in a menacing tone to go ahead and call the number on the truck.

Then said I was at fault for being so close to the yellow line. It was obvious to me he had to get out of the van on his passenger side. When I arrived At 10 am Feb 4th 2017. Only one other person was in line at the Post Office. I have repeatedly had Company Vans ding my car doors over the years. To catch an employee blatantly being so self righteous and beligerent Is rare.

This will forever be the only interaction I would ever want with this Company. To top it off he had to run out with his phone and snap my picture as I backed away. If this is the owner. That says everything. He probably had to post that image on Facebook and talk trash. Watch out for Company vans from this business. They only care about themselves.
