Mastercraft recently helped me with an electrical issue, and I am very happy with the service. Maintenance of my 22 year old furnace showed it had deteriorated to a point where replacement was necessary. A firm price was quoted and an installation date was arranged Then, installation yesterday was handled by two professionals who worked skillfully and without disrupting my working from home. When finished, they took the time to give me an orientation to the furnace installed and the new thermostat they installed. I highly recommend Mastercraft and encourage any homeowner to use their services.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The installers damaged the door to the furnace room and left a mess with rusty screws on the carpet. When I called Steve to inquire about what he would do about the door he said send me the info and then ghosted me from then on. For a lousy $125 door replacement he is willing to lose us as a customer. Never again!

I recently had a new AC unit put after mine died late this summer. I contacted Mastercraft Heating and Cooling and they came out and gave me a fair estimate. The team lead by George did a fantastic job and worked hard to get the system just right. After removal and install was complete, George personally went over everything and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with the service.

We have dealt with Mastercraft for at least 20 years+. We are on our 2nd furnace and 2nd AC unit. Had a few issues along the way. Oscar came out to make sure repairs were done right. He found some issues and corrected them that no one else found. He stayed extra time to make sure everything was running like it should. Appreciated the extra effort. Great job Oscar!

BEWARE! The technician showed up for regular service maintenance and noticed the shrill noise from the motor. His immediate recommendation to the elderly house owner was to replace the heating system. He sold the impression that the noise was conclusive evidence that the heating would not last through winter; ( In fact, the motor was only replaced 8 months ago). getting a new replacement is the solution at the price of$5,000.
His initial estimate was around $3,000, but every time he would go to his service truck and come out his estimate was revised upward, with the justification that the added cost was needed to maximize the comfort she could obtain from the upgrade.

Dan B. in service is how we were first introduced to Mastercraft heating & Cooling. He provided good service and was very professional and thorough. Oscar in service came out to make repairs to a new heating system that was installed. He was very professional and thorough Anthony and Jay came out for additional electrical work that had to be done that was unable to be completed at the time of installation.

I had Mastercraft replace my HVAC system. The initial process in July was amazing. The units were installed in September 2021 and to date the permits still have not been pulled and no inspections made on my property. Every time I call I have to leave a message and nothing gets done. It has been 2.5 months, no permits, no inspections. Disappointing.

I had quite a bit of work to be done on my house to bring my electric up to code and it was all handled very efficiently, quickly and affordable by Mastercraft. The team of electricians led by Bryon and Jay along with a couple other workers whose names I didn't get, sorry, did a great job, answered all my questions and taught me a few things about wiring I was unaware of. They were all respectful, courteous. and through. I definitely have nothing to worry about with my wiring now. Thanks guys!

I got 5 quotes from various companies and they came in significantly lower with a high quality Trane AC/Furnace. I wasn't sure how the quality of the job was until a friend of mine came over who works for another HVAC company and he was impressed with their work - down to the little detail. In any event you have to do your research and be able to negotiate to get a good deal but this company will work with you to find a good system that fits your price range.

I had my second new furnace and AC replaced in February 2019 by Mastercraft heating, cooling and plumbing and in January 2020, I discovered a gooey black substance in my condensation line and asked to have it replaced. My contract warranty stated all parts 10 years and labor 2 years covered by Mastercraft heating, cooling and plumbing. After talking to Shayna and a close review of my problem it was decided I would not have to pay for the repair and it would be covered. This was extremely appreciated by me and I would recommend to my friends and family to call them in the future for any heating, cooling or plumbing repair they need.
