We had to get our furnace inspected to make sure we were meeting the city code requirements. Mechanical Heating & Cooling squeezed me in their busy schedule and gave great, constant communication from the time of scheduling through the day of. Unlike some other companies I've worked with before, I didn't have to wonder if or when they would show because they stayed in touch with appointment reminders and ETAs. Ryan was on time, super professional, and really efficient. The inspection was reasonably price and for the service it was worth every penny.

Had a furnace inspection done. Furnace is making whistling noise coming from an air leak aroumd the condenser they installed two and a half years ago. Been having the problem for a couple of years. Tech unable to fix. Suggest new furnace. This tech seems knowledgeable. The tech who installed condenser didn't do a good job it seems.

My rooftop package unit died on my commercial building. They were prompt to come out and give me a quote. Once I accepted the quote the time required to install the unit was reasonable. As soon as I reached out to them and told them my furnace was out, they squeezed me in same day for an evaluation and estimate. I rushed home, met with them and reviewed options. They shared competitive pricing and we moved forward. They installed a temporary furnace to restore my heat and put me on schedule to return and finish up the add-ons and aesthetic work.
I LOVE THEM! The day after the install was a cold cold day. There pricing was better than the competitors and they even applied for and used my rebates so I wouldn't have to wait several weeks for reimbursement. Excellent customer service from reception and scheduling to installation and follow-up and everything in between!

During one of the hottest times this past summer, our air conditioner stopped cooling. Joel from Mechanical Heating & Cooling came out to trouble shoot and/or fix. He determined we required a new unit and made sure one that worked for us was in stock and scheduled an install right away. Technicians Mike Perreir and Ryan Lesinski did an excellent job delivering and installing the new unit and removing the old unit. Highly recommend Mechanical Heating & Cooling!
