Absolutely recommend! My furnace has been having so many problems and Evan went above and beyond my expectations! He checked and cleaned every nook and cranny of my furnace and spent over an hour making sure to check on everything. Not only that, he actually taught me a lot about my furnace so now it's a lot less intimidating. I don't know anything about these machines but he was very good at explaining what certain things do and why, and I felt very comfortable to ask him all of my questions! Absolutely will only call them if I have any problems or maintenance in the future!

I use this company to repair an issue I had with a thermostat wiring but after they left I realized that all my medication was missing out of my bathroom cabinet. I feel like my personal space has been violated and the owner refused to do anything about the situation. Do not let these people in your house unless you want something stolen.

When my air conditioner went out I was happy Tony's could come to my house the same day to take a look at it. I was not impressed to pay $200 for the service call for a few minutes to be told that I needed a whole new unit and be given a quote. I knew I needed a new unit, I called you. The quote I received was $1000 more then the company I ended up going with for the same brand of equipment.

Great people to work with! Called the office and Dawn sent someone out right away! Josh showed up for my service call and was very knowledgeable and patient and doesnt give up until he figures out what is wrong. GREAT service! Afterwards, I asked for a quote on new equipment to replace my 20 yr old heating and AC. Josh took the time, which meant I didnt have to wait for a call back or a second visit.
Set me up for the next day to have it replaced. Jerry and Adam showed up to do the install and were early by a few minutes (no waiting and wondering!) Its amazing how fast those two worked, and what a clean job they did!.Everything was neat, no octopus routing of plumbing and wiring. great great GREAT! Overall, Tony you have a great family of employees! I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for service or installation to consider them! Thanks guys, for all your excellent work! Anthony C.

We've used Tony's previously for HVAC service. Today we had them send a guy out for furnace service. Knowledgeable technician & good honest service at a fair price! Plus he arrived on-time / "in the service window" the shop said he would when we placed the call. I would recommend them to a friend without hesitation.

From the moment I called for assistance to the tech coming to my home to repair my furnace. All staff was knowledgeable, skilled and kind. When I told the receptionist my furnace wasn't working she made arrangements to fit us in for a repair. (I called the original installer of my not so old furnace and was told it would be a couple of weeks to get to me). Tony's heating and cooling came out in only a few hours. So thankful for there quick kind service.

Had an issue with my hot water tank. Tony and his crew not only installed in a timely manner, the integrity of business is far above the pack. 10 -10-13 i called Tony's to ask for a quote on a energy efficient furnace and they sent a gentleman the next day. he said my old furnace was to big and my duct work was to small. i trusted his opinion and my house has never been more comfortable. The install went smooth and painless. The men were kind and courteous and answered all my questions. They will be back next fall to clean it also THANK YOU TONY. 1-16-17Just had my fall maintenance, been doing this a couple years now and haven't had any problems. Was worried about the air conditioning that's 20 years old now and they did a system performance test and it's in the 85% range and doing good.
