Danny was extremely professional and knowledgeable in installing our mini-split. He explained everything they were going to do before doing the work. They were efficient and got the job completed in good time. After it was installed, Danny took the time to explain how to use the mini-split and operate the remote. They cleaned up everything and even took the boxes the a/c came in. We were extremely happy with Danny and his partner's service. I would highly recommend them.

Dave did a complete check of our furnace and replaced a blower motor and capacitor which had caused our furnace failure. He knew exactly where to look, what to test, and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was able to remove the old motor and replace it with a new one very quickly. He was very friendly, professional and experienced. He was training a new employee and I was impressed with how thoroughly he explained every step in the process. One of the best service experiences I've seen.

Randazzo Heating & Cooling did install our replacement HVAC for my home a few years ago and we were very happy with the result. Today we had a service call since the furnace was not heating properly. Nick arrived after a text came through letting us know who was coming and when (much appreciated). He asked a number of questions to figure out what was going on and then conducted his evaluation.

He identified the issue pretty quickly and completed the repair. I am now sitting in warm comfort after having to wear my coat in the house over the weekend. Very appreciative of the response and care given to us. We have subsequently purchased the service agreement and look forward to a little preventative maintenance and the related check up. James was excellent he saw that I was willing to learn about my heating system and he was willing to teach me. He was not rushed he was on time and very professional. I would totally recommend this company to anyone. Both workers that installed my furnace and air conditioner in my Manufacturing home are the greatest 2 men. They explained a step by step plan on what they were doing and they stayed until the job was completed. Giving me peace of mind and heat before this snow storm. The team was very professional, arrived early, and finished installing a new furnace and A/C in one day. They cleaned up after and left my space just the way it was when they arrived! This was a very great experience from start to finish. My furnace died on Sunday, and I was able to get someone out for an estimate and the installation completed by the end of the day Tuesday! Service man arrived on time and announced their arrival. They were polite, courteous and well mannered. I felt comfortable with them being in my home. The Randazzo technician Thomas did an excellent job for us. He arrived on time and focused on making sure we are satisfied before he left. He explained what he was doing, noted any areas where things needed to be addressed and offered good suggestions to make our system function even better. He did a thorough job of cleaning our HVAC system and tuning it to run better. We are completely satisfied and appreciated his professionalism. I'd give him 6 stars if I could because he's one of the best we've had work in our equipment.

We had Kevin from Randazzo at our home this morning and we are very happy with the work he did. Kevin was polite and professional and very informative. He took time to repair issues on the humidifier and the furnace and gave us helpful information on future needs and how to keep our furnace running efficiently. We would recommend Randazzo.

Very responsive and quick. At 8a I called because my OLD furnace quit. By 9am a technician was at my door. Furnace was not repairable, I asked for a sales person to show me what options Randazzo had for me. By 10:30a sales rep. was showing me my options, explained any rebates and credits. I selected a system and by 11am was on the schedule for next day install.

Team arrived by 8:30 am the next morning and installed my new HVAC system in one day. They all were friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and willing to answer all my questions thoroughly. Price was very fair and we're warm and happy once again.

To begin, Jeremy and Dan the installation technicians were absolutely fantastic. Their service was prompt, clean, and quality workmanship. I had high expectations of the HVAC installation, and my expectations were exceeded. Carlo the salesperson was upfront, communication was great, and informative. I believe the equipment that we purchased from Randazzo was top quality.
