Very pleased with the whole process from designing a new system to improve heating and cooling performance throughout our home all the way through installation which was just completed. Kept everything very neat and tidy during the removal of the old systems and installation of three new ones. Professionalism was very high, even small details like wire routing and pvc vent plumbing showed careful attention to detail.

They assigned a very knowledgeable team working through a complex installation with me and they came up with several new improvement ideas during the install. A total of 6-8 techs were here for 3 days. All were very polite and nice to work with. These folks are absolutely my go to team for HVAC.

Great experience, as always! The team to install my new water heater was quick, clean and efficient. The two gentlemen were very polite and helpful. They were also very considerate of mask concerns in our household. Thank you!

I had a ton of work at my condo done! New lights installed upstairs and down, new electrical panel installed, new fans in the bedrooms, light fixtures updated inside and out and new chandelier in the kitchen and dining room. The 4 guys that came rocked it out and we're finished with everything by 3:30pm! I was very impressed with how polite and efficient they worked. I will most certainly be calling RO Electric again because of these men and their great service and fair pricing! Thank you guys! 10/10

Friendly, Professional and Quality work from technician Brendan who let me know what he was checking while he was troubleshooting and fixing my central air unit. Overall the experience was good. Salesman (Nathan) was very helpful and accommodating. Heather at the office was very helpful and responsive. Technicians weren't the most friendly guys but worked hard. They made a small mistake that was quickly corrected the next day. That technician (Riley) was very friendly and thorough. I am amending my review.

It has been five days since installation and today we had to have an emergency service visit. The entire line is frozen over from the unit outside to the unit inside. Jake was here and very helpful but wasn't able to fix it because it is frozen solid and needs to thaw. He said he may be able to come back tomorrow or it will be Tuesday. We told him "wrong answer Jake".

This needs to be fixed on Sunday and whoever screwed this up needs to be held accountable. We will be talking to Scott the owner and this company will not only make this right but they will be taking money off of our bill. Very disappointed today!

Royal Oak Heating, Cooling and Electrical were incredibly professional, responsive and courteous in working with me and my tenants. Riley, the lead technician / repairman's, support was especially important because it was late March and still quite cold. Riley also helped us solve a concurrent issue occurring with our water heater and made recommendations for how to ensure regular maintenance of the furnace and water heater. We had done our research and felt they offered the best pricing and best quality to meet our needs. Our salesman Mike was outstanding explaining our options and answering all of our questions. Called them for a furnace part based on a recommendation. Their price was a little higher than I'd hoped, but for convenience it was worth it. Was told they had it in stock. As I was getting ready to head there, not 5 minutes later, they called back and said they didn't have it. Kudos for the quick response. They'd have been 5-star if they actually had the part. Fortunately it was readily available on Amazon, but I would have preferred a local business!

ROHC&E did a fantastic job with my replacement H&C system- we moved to a newer zone system and there was extremely high attention to detail throughout the installation process. Bill & his team are very attentive to the customers needs and you can tell they take their work very seriously and treat your job as if it where for their own home.

I've been using Royal Oak Heating, Cooling & Electrical for years. We use their annual maintenance service. The office staff is always very helpful, friendly and they do their best to provide the best service. We saved us just before the holidays and repaired our furnace so we don't have to sit in the cold house. I recommend their business all the time!

Rich B and Jake installed a new furnace and humidifier in our home. They did a wonderful job, came early in the morning and stayed until 7pm to finish it up. I had a very positive experience with Rich. From first meeting him, he was open and available to answering my preliminary questions and concerns. He gave me an accurate timeframe for the job to be completed. He and his colleagues Dillon and Jake, worked continuously to get my job done. Rich assisted with helping me to understand the new thermostat and how it functioned.

After the job was completed, he reviewed with me the new humidifier, changing the filters for the furnace as well as advising me of potential maintenance plans that are offered by the company that might be helpful for me. Rich was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. As a single homeowner, I felt listened to, my questions answered thoroughly and I felt adequately informed of my new heating system. We have used these folks several time over the last years. They are the best. On time. Quality service. The job done right. We had a furnace issue and they were out that day, then came the next day to replace the heat exchangers. All done on time when they say it would be. Kyle is the man. Highly recommend them. Our technicians did a fantastic job with the installation of our new furnace. They were professional, courteous and neat, and stayed until the job was done. They also worked through a downpour to complete the extra work that was needed on our chimney. All this while paying a very fair price. I would definitely recommend in the future!

Overall had a great experience with Royal Oak Heating, Cooling & Electrical. Went into the store one day a few weeks ago and spoke with the manager Jim and explained to him the problem I have been having with my furnace the last several years. After hearing my troubles he had some ideas right away and he seemed very confident and knowledgeable so I scheduled a service call on the spot.

The girls in the office were great too in helping to get on the schedule. The day of the service call Zach came out to the house and listened to the issue I was having and went right to work. He was quickly able to identify the issue and make adjustments. He also caught a few other items that needed attention. He was very thorough in his work but also with his explanation to me so I had a better understanding of what he was fixing and what to look out for in the future.

He never seemed rushed and took time to answer my additional questions. Their rates were very reasonable as well. I had a very positive experience with Royal Oak Heating, Cooling & Electrical and will definitely use them again in the future and would also highly recommend them to others!

Listen. if you want the best service by the best trained and skilled staff i highly reccommend them. scott ferguson and glen renaud are both extremely dedicated to their craft and they run a very efficient and productive business. im not bias because i worked for them. but ill say from day one they took care of me and helped teach me so much about the industry. please let them give you an estimate on anything you need done. I promise the end result and the professionalism is not to be matched anywhere Merry christmas to everyone! 2021 will be better I promise!

Had an A/C emergency, and they got to me that day by noon. Great phone staff, excellent technician, and reasonably priced. This is the third time I have called them. And I will use them again.
