Beautiful store, rude and unhelpful staff. The person at the front counter was audibly inconvenienced by my pretty basic questions. Someone else has answered the phone earlier, and told me to stop in, but the person at the front counter said they normally work from appointments.

Victoria was absolutely amazing made some insightful suggestions that really helped us.

My husband and I were in the middle of a Kitchen Countertop remodeling project and we went to Crawford supply for the new kitchen sink and faucet. I was stuck in the past with my views on what the sink should look like, and particularly what the faucet should look like. I was pretty insistent on wanting the shorter, smaller faucet that I was used to, and Victoria was absolutely wonderful in persuading me to go with the more modern larger, and taller faucet.

She was so gracious and patient with me in explaining how the larger faucet was the perfect complement to the heavier bold look of the granite countertops, whereas the smaller faucet would not be anywhere near as striking. She was absolutely right, and we could not be happier with the choice. She also was of great assistance in my decision to abandon the divided sink which I have been so used to, and opting for a larger, deeper undivided sink.

She was able to assess what I was really looking for in a sink, and based on our particular needs guided us to the perfect sink for us. Victoria is the consummate professional, who is totally knowledgeable regarding the products she deals with, and whose bottom line is her customer's complete satisfaction. She worked with us and searched for us until we had exactly what we needed and wanted! Thank you so much Crawford Supply, and for your wonderful employee, Victoria!

I'm so glad I found this place. Kyle Lewis helped my fiance and I special order a particular toilet we were looking for (wall mounted). Not only was he able to get it quickly for a great price, but he communicated so well and addressed all of our concerns. He gave us detailed info about the different models, and even reached out directly to the manufacturer (American Standard). Great service, great place. Thanks again!

OVERWHELMED was an understatement BEFORE I walked in to Crawford. RELIEVED was the feeling I had when I left. STEPHEN GERTZ, a designer with Crawford, met with me and helped me do what I thought was impossible. I walked in with my drawings and specs. Stephen easily walked through the amazing show room explaining and pointing out options. Stephen listened to my budget, concerns and style and was both efficient and effective.

I left Crawford having picked out EVERYTHING I needed for three bathrooms and a kitchen remodel. I'm going back and I'm asking for STEPHEN GERTZ! He was AWESOME! (To Stephen if you ever read this review - Thank you again! Looking forward to posting here again after everything is installed!)

I get that everyone has an off day. More than anything, I just felt awkward which is not what I was going for. From the latest reviews, it seems they are making more of an effort to be welcoming. I wish them the best.

My plumber recommended that I stop in here to get a new sink drain assembly. After I checked Yelp, I didn't want to go. There were so many reviews (going back many years) that said these people simply ignored customers and acted like they were burdensome. Well, I went anyways, and I distinctly had an opposite experience. We were greeted right away in the showroom and taken to the parts desk with a smile.

The gentleman there showed me the drain assemblies and we picked the one we wanted. We were out in 10 minutes and got exactly what we were looking for. No problems or hassle. We went at 10am on a Wednesday.

It's a beautiful showroom with a huge range of options, but there was someone there to help me consider the options, modern or classic. I went with modern. I got everything I needed for a complete bathroom remodel right there, including the lights. It's an easy place to get to with plenty of parking. I highly recommend checking it out if you're working on your kitchen or bathroom!

They were very friendly, did not try to sell me something I didn't need or want, they didn't try to take advantage of me because I'm young and clearly inexperienced. I will absolutely be going back there whenever I need something for my kitchen or bathroom.

We were not happy with crawford supply due to the fact the first person we dealt with got fired. Then the second person we dealt with got our order wrong so delayed us 2 weeks on our bathroom project. Just a suggestion maybe look over the customer order before ordering. They also suggested a countertop place which I can't remember their name, but they too messed up our order. I wouldn't recommend due to the fact the employee offered to take of $50, but I think they could have done a little bit more for a customer.

Back in fall of 2015 we bought almost all the plumbing supplies from Crawford for our condo's total renovation. Recently one of the shower cartridge caused some minor leaking, we therefore contacted Crawford for help. First Muriel helped locating our file, confirmed that Hansgrohe offers warranty, then Michael Terry sent us a copy of the invoices with manufacturer's customer service phone number, model number for us to request a replacement parts. What a great service! We highly recommend this store!

Was referred to Crawford Supply by my contractor. Martie helped me with my sink & faucet. she is well informed. we made a quick decision. Next it was time for the cabinet/design process. I was introduced to Jenn Chmyka and we immediately connected. We talked, and Jenn got to know me and my lifestyle/taste. Jenn presented the products to me and the next thing I knew we were driving to my home.

The transformation of my kitchen was happening! Jenn and I met quite a few times tweaking the design. Jenn was always accommodating and understanding, and most importantly kept the project within my budget. I enjoyed working with Jenn and have referred friends to her already. I would highly recommend Crawford Supply in Morton Grove!

Make an appointment before going in and you'll do great! We worked with Martie, and she was fantastic. She even prepared a booklet with pictures of everything we were ordering to go with the printed quote. Martie was very knowledgeable about all the different products from different brands-- so when we didn't find a Kohler bath filler we liked, she was able to find us a style from another manufacturer that was a great match.

At one point, we found a lower price on Amazon for one of our (many) items-- Martie immediately matched it. Plus, the prices for all the Kohler fixtures were better than anywhere online. Two thumbs up!

Wow no reviews. These guys are great! They know plumbing like the back of their hand. Seriously no B.S. Upfront prices and great service. I been coming here for years.

The best experience in purchasing for home improvement ever! Jennifer was just amazing at helping me design my new kitchen. From the style, color, function to the final layout. Every cabinet has a specific purpose. I did run into a small snag in placing the order, but Mark was kind and helpful in getting the problem resolved quickly. Very professional and wonderful staff to work with.

It's about as fun and exciting as dealing with the post office. The phone can ring forever, and sometimes they will pick it up. We have a project that has been delayed because the employees of this company do not function like normal human beings. They will take a message, and if you get a call back, you are one of the few and far between. I would never shop here ever again.

When they were on Lincoln and it was Community Supply, I NEVER had the issues that I have had recently. And the "Mom and Pop" stores are all complaining because the Big Box stores are taking their business? I wonder why.

We have ordered numerous supples for a bathroom rehab here and every time we go in to buy from them we get terrible service. Nobody there seems to have time to assist customers. I always feel like they are annoyed to be helping me when trying to give them business. It's a shame. Really some of the worst customer service out there.

Maybe ok if you don't have a problem. But good luck if you ever have an issue. Before you buy from these guys ask them how warranty claims are handled for the products they sell. Ask them about the $150 "paperwork" fee for a warranty claim. And know that should you need to make a warranty claim, you'll be asked to pay the full price of the replacement and only get refunded after the manufacturer reimburses Crawford Supply, which can take weeks.

And if you really want a treat, go talk to one of the charming fellows who handle warranty claims. Brian in particular is the kind of guy that'd make Mr. Rogers want to slap somebody.

I am very happy and pleased with the high quality and service I received at Crawford Supply. I worked with a kitchen planner named Marla, my job is almost complete and I am very happy with her and the products. I did cabinets for kitchen and bath, sinks and faucets, bathtub, bathroom fan and disposal.

I'm a Northshore GC and love Crawford. I read the other reviews and would have to agree, if you are a consumer, it might not be the best place for you. That being said, if you take the time to open an account they are awesome. So knowledgeable and accommodating. Unlike the big-box stores, they sell quality fixtures, you might pay a little more, but when it comes to your home you should demand top quality.

I went to Crawford as a plumbing novice, understanding nothing my contractor was talking about. I met with Patty and the magic began. No hard sales pitch, just helpful and very willing to make things work out easily. While I couldn't decide on fixtures or trim, she personally walked me to the parts department and explained my needs. I was so well treated by the man behind the counter.

Not only did he fill my order, but he brought out some parts as visuals to explain what I did not understand. It is nice to know that a company with such fine personal and skilled customer service still exists. I felt like I was an important customer to them. I would encourage the non professional, like me to shop at Crawford. The showroom is beautiful and jam packed with goodies!

The worst supply house I have ever been too. Tried to buy some 6in PVC and prices were through the roof. They tried to charge 180 for a tee. I called allied plumbing supply and they charge 50 for the same fitting. My order came to 330,I place the same order at a different place and was 120. I obviously had to make the drive instead of getting ripped off. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money at this place.

My sister and I went into the showroom since she is completely gutting her kitchen and bathroom. We were the only two in the place. The first employee walked by us not even a hello. The second employee sat at her desk in the back area of the showroom again she did not acknowledge us. She did make and phone call and when she finished her call I stood right next to her she just looked straight ahead at her computer and refused to even look my way.

What do I have to do? HELLO! We came to spend 800 - 1000 dollars on a sink! This store is not in a shopping mall we did not just wonder into it. We left. The employee that walked by us in the beginning was now sitting at his desk by the front door. No surprise we did not even get a good bye. I am a woman in my 30's not a young teenager regardless anyone walking into a business deserves more respect and attention then my sister and I received. Please take your business else where.

I happened upon this place when I was servicing a client in Park Ridge and I needed a special Moen valve for her sink. The big box stores didn't have it so they directed me to this place. They have a service area with a counter where you can get plumbing supplies, but in another area of the building they also have a nice showroom with lots of fixtures and even cabinets. (check out the pictures) I would say it rivals Studio 41.

My wife and I are remodeling our bathroom and were blown away at how great the selection and service are at Crawford Supply. After going to the merchandise mart where everyone ignored us and the prices were through the roof- Martie and Corey at Crawford Supply had our entire bathroom planned out from top to bottom at a fair price.

There are many more reliable, trustworthy, communicative, professional and price-friendly kitchen & bath stores in the area. You will sleep happier at night and know you have made best decisions with other stores. We were extremely disappointed in working with this company and do not wish anyone to experience the one we had. We have not recommended this company to family or friends. Crawford Supply, you are fired! Try Advantage Kitchen & Bath, K&B Design or Banner Plumbing Supply.

These people are crooks; they refuse to give credit for return merchandise for almost six months. They are complete disorganized, do not return phone calls, and are dishonest. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
