After several estimates I select Comfort Temp to replace my 4 ton A/C system, Mr. Rolando Ramos give me a very accurate proposal according to the market. The technical crew made a beautiful installation very professional and very clean, my A/C system is working very well. Promptly Comfort Temp send Mr. Mike Blackwelder who found some issues related to amount of refrigerant.

He spend about two + hours to make the corrections. A week after Mike visit the system it is working perfectly, not errors or messages of fault. I am really glad to know a professional like Mike, and I appreciate so much de efficiency of Comfort Temp staff for help me. G.Garcia

Ok so Comfort Temp from the initial phone call to the professional people on staff who helped us with our new system installed at our home! The best hands down!, we just had our final home inspection and the inspector stated "When it is done right, It's easy!" Blew me away! This was a great experience. We bought the house last May and comfort temp allowed the previous owner to transfer the yearly contract that had just renewed to us. The first maintenance went well, very professional. Our A/C system went out in early March. Basically as soon as it got hot enough to turn on again in FL. We called and left a message Sunday night, and had Michael call us back Monday morning saying he had a slot open up and would count it as our second bi-annual maintenance so no charge (literally less than 24 hours). Unfortunately, the 17 year old A/C had finally given up.

We asked how much to fix it as we don't have the money to replace it. He said unfortunately cause it's old it will be a lot. $1800 to fix it, and I can see where it will leak next and that's $2800. Could be a month could be 6 but in 6 months we'll spend $4600. He said for the price of $6900 we can get you a whole new system that is warranties for 10 years.

We got a loan and we are freaking thrilled. Twice as energy efficient, installers were amazingly professional. Went above and beyond to get everything squared away and up to code including adding in proper drain lines so we didn't need a fritzy condensate pump in the corner. Even went up and checked and repaired a duct that had come loose over the years (Joseph said our ducts were solid, needed to be cleaned but solid now that they got them situated). Anyway, all around 10/10 would recommend.

This review is LONG overdue - We had an issue on one of the hottest days of 2021. We called several different companies; either to be hung up on or told they wouldn't be able to make it out until the following business day (4 days later). I found this company, called and was greeted with such a lovely receptionist. They told us they could have someone out within a few hours and sure enough they did!

They were prompt and professional in not only calling when the tech was on the way but also sending me an alert via text. When the technician (Drew Reddish) arrived he was EXTREMELY polite and professional. He never rushed us and answered all our questions PLUS more! He even informed us the piece that had broke on the system was warranties for another 27 days. What are the odds? I'm very pleased and will certainly be using their services for any future needs. I highly recommend requesting Drew if you call too!

January in Florida is one of the coldest times, and our heater just couldn't take it and gave out in the middle of the coldest time. Comfort Temp was able to get us a technician super fast and gave us a nice timeframe as to when the tech would be coming out. Got a text with the tech's picture and notification that he was about 30 minutes out. He arrived and got right to work on the issue and within 15 minutes found the issue and another 30 minutes to repair the simple fix. Would definitely use Comfort Temp for all our future HVAC needs!

I highly recommend Comfort Temp! It was a pleasure using them, from scheduling the appointment to receiving the report. They are kind, responsive, on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They cleaned the lines, tested the heat and air, and replaced the filters. Chris told us how the system works, explained everything, and wrote everything in a report. I highly recommend having their maintenance plan.

Chris was timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I had some questions out of my own curiosity that he could explain to me on how to run the unit efficiently. I'll be asking for Chris if I need maintenance in the future!

This company is the most professional business I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They replaced our gas furnace/AC. All of the Comfort Temp people we have dealt with have been professional, knowledgeable, clean cut, informative and they show up when they say plus you get a text saying they are coming with a picture of the technician. They are not the first company we have had to look at this job but they were the best choice.

As always Comfort Temp goes to great lengths to provide professional services. Nothing is missed and we feel very confident they will stand by their work. The equipment is high quality and we trust that it will serve us for many years. This is our second install with Sam and his assistant (I apologize for not remembering his name.)Very capable young men, cleaned up everything and answered all of our questions. Did a wonderful job!

I called the on call system at 8 o'clock Tuesday night and within 45 minutes their technician was at my house. He drained the humidity buildup in the drip pan and got the air conditioning working incredibly well. Thank you Comfort Temp. Services: HVAC maintenance, AC repair, HVAC repair

Today after much hassle over several days of determining how to repair the furnace blower motor, thanks to Goodman/Amana no longer making/providing that critical part (talk about bad customer service!), John Campana from Comfort Temp expertly and with great ingenuity managed to get my HVAC working again by installing an appropriate new module containing a microprocessor, and getting all the complicated wiring issues resolved. Kudos to John, and thanks for the excellent service provided by Mike and Drew for their earlier assessments about my problem. Wendy in the main office was very gracious and proactive in sending technicians right away each day, including this very busy Tuesday (as I understand it).

I started using Comfort Temp years ago when my Dad recommended them. He personally knew the owner Tom and advised me that he was a reliable, honest, and trustworthy man. These are honorable traits and I have NEVER been disappointed by my Dad's advice, or Comfort Temps service! Drew, my technician does excellent work and I trust him!

Of course our AC broke on a Friday. They came the same day, 2 hours earlier than expected. Communication about scheduling was excellent. Mike diagnosed the problem very quickly. Bad circuit board. He wired the unit to bypass the board, so the AC would work until they could get a replacement board. They scheduled the board install before they even had the board, based on UPS delivery estimate. Board came in and was installed quickly. System working well. Would definitely use them again!

Comfort Temp did an excellent job all-around on my home. When my AC failed suddenly, they had a technician, Mike Blackwelder, at my house less than an hour after I called them on a Friday night. Mike was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with his work both when he first visited and when he came a few days later after obtaining the correct repair parts.

I highly recommend Mike as a technician. On the logistical side, Stephanie Huddleston assisted me and was no less excellent than Mike. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to coordinate with Mike before assigning charges to me. I was very impressed that she actually called back later in the day when she promised she would - a promise often forsaken in customer service - and she was completely transparent and accurate about what the charges were. Moreover, I think the charges were reasonable, though this is the first AC repair that I've arranged, so I don't have a thorough gauge of what fair prices are. In any case, I highly recommend Comfort Temp and give hats off to Mike and Stephanie!
