I asked Brown Brothers to come out and look at my central air unit after I was told by another company that my unit would need to be replaced at a cost of close to 5k. The service technician took a look at it and told me there was just condensation that caused it to shut off and that I didn't need a new unit at this time. They saved me $$$ and I will recommend them to anyone who asks! Editing to add that my unit has been running fine and it's been over a month!

Prior to this incident I was not a customer of Brown Brothers Plumbing. I found a problem late one evening and the next day I called Brown Brothers Plumbing around 2:00 pm. A crew was sent to my house and the problem was fixed long before the end of that day. Although the problem itself did not take long to fix, to get someone to do it so soon after calling on the same day was appreciated!

Called mid-morning to report only lukewarm water. By 1pm Mike and Luke were there. Diagnosed, went and got a new tank, installed it and the pressure valve and all in such a short time. Professional, friendly, and best of all a reasonable price. I've already spoken to Brown Bros. to finish another project for me. Brown Brothers has done a number of things for us, large and small. I think they're great. They do the work well, and efficiently. We've never needed them to come back and fix what they've already fixed. Their prices are in line with everyone else, and they NEVER EVER try to sell us anything! They come and fix what we need fixed and then they leave. We love them!
