Julio was the person who served us. Our first time needing to call anyone for AC issues since we became homeowners in 2018. He was very professional but not intimidating. He assessed the situation and did his job well. Thankfully we only needed a capacitor replacement. The price was as expected. Not disappointed at all. Ismael and Cristian removed our old AC and Heating system and installed a new one. They first and foremost laid down red carpet and tape to prevent our floors from being tracked with debris, which I sincerely appreciated! They took there time to make sure everything was installed correctly but also worked very diligently. It was an eight hour job They did a fantastic job and was very respectful of our home. We would definitely use Comfort Master again and we love our new Trane system. Thank you for appreciating and respecting your customers!

Called on Friday afternoon and was set up for a diagnostic appointment on Monday. Luis came out on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to run through all of my options. He made sure that I was set up for an estimate appointment for the very next day. Gus called and came earlier than expected, which was wonderful. Gus was professional and made sure I understand all of my options going forward with a new system installation.
By Thursday Ismael and Cristian were at my house right on time. They were very professional. They were respectful of our home and took every effort to minimize any mess, which there was none of. Noise was also kept to a minimum. Their work was flawless. They made sure I understood all the updates with our new system. I recommend anyone in the area use Comfort Masters. Comfort Master replaced both our zones and we couldn't be happier with the result. Started with Mike who gave us the estimate and really listened to our goals of going as energy efficient as possible. Other companies had told us what we wanted couldn't happen. This visit was just for maintenance, but I've gotten both HVAC units replaced and installed through Comfort Master. They really focus on the customer and take the time to explain what's going on with your systems so you understand and know what to look out for. Financing even two whole new systems is easy. Everyone is very friendly and responsive to questions.

My family and I have been a customer of Comfort Master since 2015 when our AC went out and we had it inspected and determined we needed a new set up. Let's start with the CSR's. Angela and Carol are the absolute BEST. They make it a tireless effort to talk things out with their customers and try their hardest to tend to their needs. They stay on top of orders for parts that need to be made and give diligent communication to their customers as to when things arrive.
They are also outstanding listeners and good people to have a professional conversation with. They are both extremely personable. Let's talk about the operations managers. These are the people who make the big decisions especially when times are tough. They wanna make sure you're not left in the cold.or heat depending on the season. Lastly the techs. the techs are very dedicated service pros and great customer service skills and they don't stop until the customer is happy.
Comfort Master recently over this past month went well above and beyond the call of duty and did things they didn't have to. But they back up every word of what they stand for "your comfort is our priority". And that's the truth. This company as a whole stayed on top of EVERYTHING! The parts, the delivery and the install of new coils and a new motherboard as well as fixed leaks in my system. Tonight my house is back to a comfortable temp thanks to Comfort Master. Our furnace and AC unit required replacement and once again we turned to Comfort Master. They continue to provide excellent customer service, financing options, and professional/knowledgeable/experienced staff who performed the replacement of the units. Ismael, Bobbie, and Charlie arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day to successfully install the new furnace, outdoor unit, and thermostat.

I am a member of the Comfort Master service plan and Carlos took my call on a Saturday afternoon. He stayed on the line and walked me through turning a sensor off of on my A/C drip pan because of flooding in my crawl space. I would of never found this flooding issue if it weren't for Comfort Masters installing this sensor. We had more then 6 inches of rain that day and was able to get it all pumped out. It saved my wood floors, mold and other damage this water had been causing. Comfort Masters is really named correctly they do truly provide Comfort and outstanding service!

We have been using Comfort Masters since we purchased our home in 2014. They are wonderful to work with, have great customer service and are very flexible! Ricky has been our maintenance tech for quite a while, he comes out twice a year to perform general maintenance on our indoor and outdoor units and he changes our filter once per year. He always checks in when he is on his way and is very professional but still personable. I would and have recommended Comfort Masters to anyone looking for ac/heating maintenance or replacement.

Ismael, Eduardo, and Chris did an excellent job replacing 2 old Carrier systems with a single new unit, in a highly customized configuration: 1) second floor had a 28 year old gas furnace/A/C system 2) third floor had a 25 year old heat pump Both were replaced with a SINGLE Trane system with: - 2 speed gas furnace with 97% efficiency and PVC exhaust - 17 Seer variable speed 4 ton A/C with inverter - digital communicating thermostats that can connect to the Internet - U/V unit to kill pollen, mold, viruses, bacteria, and odors Kudos to the Mike, who configured the system, for coming up with a design that exactly matched what I was looking for at a better price than other bids I got. Now: - ONE annual maintenance call for single unit, instead of two - gas heat on both floors, which should save money and eliminate electric backup on the old heat pump - extremely high efficiency A/C unit - no more concerns about mold, pollen, or Covid in the air stream due to U/V - we can access and control the system remotely while traveling - new thermostats allow unlimited scheduling options, while old thermostats had NONE - I get back one 240V circuit formerly used by the heat pump - maybe I will use it some day for an electric car outlet in the garage We REJECTED the first bid from the company that has been repairing the old units for many years.
I thought they were really good, until I met the folks from ComfortMaster. The old company provided two different bids: - suggested system - high-end digital system, which was MUCH more expensive They could not handle installing new digital equipment with variable speeds. The recommended replacement was TWO units, very similar to the old ones, so as to minimize installation complexity, I assume.
But that was NOT what I wanted. Had to wait several weeks for new units to arrive from Trane, due to Covid parts shortages. Meanwhile third floor compressor died in the old unit. ComfortMaster supplied a PORTABLE A/C unit that kept the third floor livable for 3 weeks, waiting for the new units to arrive. Without it the third floor office would have been unusable. ComfortMaster called once or twice a week to keep us informed.
The original gas furnace we ordered was not available until September, but ComfortMaster was able to get a higher efficiency unit instead and revise the installation to have PVC exhaust rather than a metal flu through the roof. The new installation is very CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL. The ancient Carrier hardware it replaces required way too may repairs for leaking copper coils, failed capacitors, and failed circuit boards.
No copper coils in the new units. And everything is digital. The new Trane units appear to have much higher build quality, better materials, and advanced technology, as they should with 25 year advantage. I am VERY PLEASED with both ComfortMaster and Trane. When I eventually replace the unit on the first floor, I will definitely be calling ComfortMaster.
I now understand why ComfortMaster is the ONLY installer recommended on the Trane website. Post-Inspection Update The inspector just left. He was at the unit for about 45 seconds, doing a visual check with his flashlight. Never touched the unit or the thermostats. Apparently it was obvious everything was ship-shape. Painted the 28 year old raw plywood floor white. Nice.
What an improvement! Noise reduction is very significant both inside and outside. Outside the fan seems to be the source of most of the noise, not the new variable-speed compressor, but this single unit is much quieter than the two units it replaces. This was definitely the way to go. If we had renewable energy, a heat pump would have been a better environmental solution.
But the gas furnace is 97% efficient and cost for heat should be significantly lower, as I understand it. In any case, we are heating less and less every year with global warming. A/C is the main concern these days and this solution seems optimal. I hope we are good to go with >50% energy savings. High probability this unit will last longer than I will.
