Can't say enough good things about this company. My AC went out and with a little child at home that becomes a little more urgent. Chris and Delaine were so responsive and had a tech out the same day. Very thankful that not only was the house cool in time for my child to be home, but it was cool as I finished my workday here. Way to go guys!

Excellent company to work with and Chris was very easy to work with. I enjoyed talking with the 3 installers who who very pleasant and they arrived on-time and left our home in good shape. They treat your home with respect and put down floor coverings for egress. Would highly recommend them for both new install or even if you need maintenance on your current units.

I will use this company every time. Chris replaced heating system 5 yrs ago. No issues or problems. Needed compressor this spring, was under warranty, the gentlemen who were here did a great job. Their prices are reasonable and the knowledge of their product is like no other. Don't hesitate to give them a call. Prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

We've used Peris the last two years for our furnace maintenance and they were available within a few days of calling for an appointment. They also came within a couple hours when our heat pump broke. Fast and reliable service!

The whole team is awesome. I had a 5 zone ductless system installed and the team was quick, professional, and very competitive. The install was great - they even went out of their way and ran the slim duct/lines under my deck so that everything was kept out of sight. I'm already looking around my home to see what other projects/upgrades I can use them for.

Highly recommend! Chris is quick to respond, extremely helpful over the phone and quick to come to the rescue. Every technician I've had over the years have been friendly, informative and tidy on the job. Quality work, very experienced with older homes and systems. I called Peris to get an estimate to install a mini-split I had already purchased for $693. Simplest install ever, inside and outside unit and electric panel all within 5 feet of each other. So Peris was explaining to me how the unit comes from the manufacturer precharged, the lines still need evacuated with a vacuum before releasing the refrigerant into the lines.

I was confused about this step but now it makes sense. I recorded the call, and I ended by saying, "Thank you for calling back I appreciate it, you were very prompt, thank you for the price, if I.". He interrupted and said firmly, "Good luck because you're gonna mess it up but no problem man", then hung up on me before I had a chance to say I would call him if I decide to have them install the unit.

He quoted $1,200 for a 4hr job, tops. On top of needing better customer communication skills, their pricing is off the charts, $300+ an hr, I'll go elsewhere. You pay a price for being rude. cha ching.

Chris and his team always do a great job for me. They have solved heating issues on newer and older homes. They are good at giving multiple options and competitive prices. You can't go wrong with Peris!
