Leaking pipes headed to my boiler. The tech came out and temporarily fixed this issue. I received a call from the office stating they were ordering the part. I also asked a question and the woman on the phone said she would ask the guy who had come out and return my call. This was month's ago. No phone call back and I still haven't had the part replaced.

I could not be happier with their customer service and professionalism! They responded right away to an emergency furnace situation and within an hour (on a Saturday) someone was at my house. From the very beginning, Mike was very friendly, honest, and upfront. It was decided that I needed a new furnace. Mike called his supervisor, Shane. Shane called and we talked about a few options.

He emailed me the options to review and was extremely responsive throughout the weekend. By Monday at 8:00AM, Shane had 2 guys at my home to install the new furnace. I highly recommend them! Thank you Jake, Sean, Mike, Shane, and your team! Thanks to you, my family is warm and safe again.

It was time to do a full replacement of our AC and Furnace. We began by getting 4 quotes from 4 reputable HVAC installers and Hartland won the job. Not only were they 20% cheaper on the Install, but every interaction with Jake proved they were honest and trustworthy. Jake made recommendations based on our concerns and questions (like the cold spots in certain rooms of our home) and we went with his recommendations.

Even with an upgraded 2 stage furnace and a new AC 1/2 ton bigger than the old, the job was still under my expected price. The installers were timely and professional and the owner came after the install to check the work. I was impressed with just how good the job looked and have been even more impressed with how well our new system cools our home in the summer and has heated our ENTIRE home in the winter (no more cold upstairs bedrooms). We will be purchasing the annual maintenance plan as well. I highly recommend Hartland for these reasons.
