Your employee Brandon arrived earlier than scheduled, was very professional and explained how our A/C unit was performing. He cleaned our condenser unit better than it's ever been done before, he even removed the fan assembly and cleaned the blades. I have often said that employees can make or break a company. Brandon is definitely an asset to your company and I look forward to using Bayside Comfort in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

Called for them to service of heating and cooling split units. There were three head units. They cleaned two but didn't touch the third. When I sent photographs of the dirty screens and filter in the third unit, the representative called me back and said that the service technician said " it didn't look like that when he left it a week before." No one accepts responsibility anymore.
The representative admitted that the unit and screens could not have gotten that dirty in a week. I got a " sorry" but just no responsibility. $200 for one hour service. look elsewhere.

I wanted to publicly state that Bayside has been super patient with my issue from diagnosis through many return trips to correct the issue. The ladies that answer the phone are always willing to listen and set up a follow up appointment to address the same issue. I will say that it speaks volumes when you can speak directly to the service manager and they actually listen and show real concern for the issue rather than treat you like your concern doesn't matter to them.
It took some patience on both our parts and multiple trips and the right technician (Brandon Bortel) to figure out my issue. Brandon took the time to dive a little deeper in the issue and backed up his diagnosis with a Trane rep to ensure his solution did not void any warranty and was inline with Trane's quality standards. Brandon took time to explain his findings and cycled the furnace multiple times to ensure the repair was sound. Brandon has a high degree of professionalism but speaks to the customer as if they were family. Brandon also seeks to find the root cause rather than a myriad of component changes that costs the homeowner money for what is not the root cause and results in seeing what works.
I can't thank Brandon, Scott, Kim, and Jennifer (hope I got the names correct) enough for helping me out. They know how important every customer is no matter how many times they call! -Greg Jess Fremont, Ohio

Your serviceman Brandon was great. Very polite, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon went above and beyond in my opinion to insure my system was working properly before he left. He tested, retested and made any necessary tweaks needed to make sure my family woke up with heat. I will definately use your service again especially if your other employees are as great as Brandon.

Had an issue with new heat pump. Brandon Bortel arrived within the appointment time, explained what the problem was in a manner I could understand. He fixed the problem and took care to keep my floors clean. We also were very happy that he mentioned a Wi-Fi thermostat to us and we had him install it. It's a Saturday. Hated to call but woke to cold house. Call returned shortly and service person, Brandon, was here within 3 hours. Courteous, clear, efficient. Provided info and options. Left heaters as parts need to be ordered. Brandon was great. We've been with Bayside for years and service today warranted it. Grateful.

I recently had my semi-annual maintenance completed under my membership. Shane, the technician was on time and very professional as he not only came into my home, but my work space. He was very tolerant of the fact that I did have to work in between our conversations. He did a wonderful job explaining what he had done to inspect the furnace to insure it would be continuing to run safely and efficiently this winter. Thanks for everything!

Brandon was great. He was polite, courteous (booties and masked), professional and quickly isolated and corrected the problem with my ductless wall furnace.
