I want to give a huge shout out to Passanisi Services! We got several quotes for a new AC unit and, as a family owned and operated business, they were able to offer the best price on a high quality product. We were set for the new install on Tuesday, just in time for the heat of the last couple of days but a glitch with their supplier not delivering the unit as scheduled was going to mean no AC for us until Saturday. Tom, the owner, and his son, Tommy, would not settle for that though. Instead, they made sure an HVAC specialist, Matt, was at our house Tuesday evening.
He worked relentlessly until nearly 9pm to make sure we were taken care off. Each and every individual we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I truly can't say enough amazing things about them.

I have used Passinnini for 20 years. They are always prompt, fair, and clean. This time I had an emergency with my water heater and it needed replaced. I went with the tankless variety. This saves so much space and hot water never runs out. Why didn't I do this before? Service: HVAC system maintenance

Tom was friendly, helpful and kind. He was able to fix my intial problem. When I inquired about potential maintenance concerns because of the age of the house he was knowledgeable, but not pushy to sell me unnecessary services. He made me feel comfortable to have in my home in his demeanor and appearance.

Tom called us back within 15 minutes on a Saturday when we called the service number. He spoke with us and explained he would order a part and gave us estimates and ideas on what to to do over the phone. The water heater needed to be replaced. He ended up coming a few days later. Last appointment of the day 5:30-8pm service call. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing fixed a few other small leaks while he was here. Fantastic job and a nice conversationalist.

We woke up to a freezing house at 6:00 AM on a Saturday morning and discovered our furnace wasn't working. We were matched up with Passanisi Services via an Internet app and after dealing with our repairman, Tom, we'll be customers for life! Our service was fantastic from start to finish. The pros: *We were contacted via phone within 40 minutes of being matched for their service and repairman was at our house within two hours. *From start to finish, repair only took two hours to complete. *Our repairman was knowledgeable, respectful, and personable.
He called us by name and was wonderful at telling us exactly what was going on with our furnace as well as things to watch for in the future. *He worked with us as much as he was able with the cost of our repair. I literally have no cons to report from our experience. We had heat again by 9:30 AM and felt very comfortable and satisfied with our entire service.
