I called Design Air after finding they were local in a search, and had some good reviews. Ken beat other estimates by a pretty big margin. We had one issue but it was with the warranty company, not Ken's fault. All was resolved and they did a great job on our AC. When we first fired it up the following spring it wasn't charged enough. Ken came our a bit later that same day and got it working perfectly.
No issues since. We will definitely have them back for maintenance, and when it's time for any other HVAC work. I see him quite a bit working around the neighborhood, and he always gives a wave if he drives by when we're out. 100% recommended!

Paid $400 in October to have my AC & Heat fixed, he got it running. Go to use my AC for the first time this year and it won't work. Called to have him come look at his work and get the AC running. Refuses to fix the AC and says he's too busy."I don't have enough time", "it's a wiring nightmare" (if someone knew what they were doing they can fix it, especially if it was their own work!).
I had AC and my fan working when he came. Now I only have my Heat working and refusal to do maintenance on his own work. Terrible business mind.all about the money and not the service or customer. Rip off
