We were extremely pleased with the bathroom renovation that was done by Chip and his crew. They were polite, friendly and very easy to work with. They did an amazing job in a very small bathroom. Chip even went above and beyond to repair an unexpected gas leak! We have already recommended them to several people. I am sure we will call on them for any future plumbing and furnace issues.

The estimator, installation crew and office staff were very friendly, polite, and professional. They showed up when they said they would. They were very nice to my family and pets. Walked me through the entire installation and made sure I was satisfied. They even stayed until dominion showed up to pressure test the new line and said it was good. It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Korey was top knotch professional. Called ahead, showed up on time and analyzed the situation. Explained the problem and took care of a stuck drain in the kitchen with making any kind of mess. Highly recommend these guys and ask for Korey!

Excellent Experience with HJack Plumbing in Akron! We were without hot water and the guys at HJack were very quick to respond, arriving at our house within an hour or so after we called them. The hot water tank was replaced with no issues. The guys were very kind, very professional and did a great job! We couldn't be happier about the entire experience and will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Chipper and Kyle fixed my fireplace, which was left by a another merchant in unsafe conditions. Chip was knowledgeable, hardworking, puntal and an overall nice person. I will hire this company in future for whatever I may need. I highly recommend them.

I am very happy with Jack's plumbing. The other morning my fiance discovered no water coming from anywhere in the house (we have a well). Every company we called said it would be a 1 to 2 week wait. Jack's plumbing came out in under 45 minutes, located then issue, throughly discussed the situation we were in (well pump and tank were done for), treated us with respect and were very professional.

The next morning they were there bright and early replacing our entire system, exposing underground pipes, adding a new breaker for the pump and redid all the electrical. What could have been weeks without water turned into no water for 24 hrs. I would definitely recommend this company fore their quick response, professionalism and treating us as human beings rather than a paycheck. Thank you Jack's Plumbing! Till next time!

Very impressed with service provided by H. Jack's. Heater not working on Sunday. Called and had someone at our home in less than an hour and a half. Diagnosed the problem promptly and throughly. Had a group of employees at our house by today (Tuesday) to replace the furnace. All 3 were kind and professional. Would absolutely use their services again in the future!

Initially we spoke to Jeremy (at 7pm) who was very knowledgeable in understanding my explanation of what was wrong with my furnace. He advised to a 8am appointment due to the nature of what I explained and needing the parts for service. Tim and Terry came on time and did indeed have to leave and come back with correct part. They were up front with what was wrong and price to fix. Would definitely recommend/ise this company again.

This company was completely unprofessional. We had an appointment for them to come to our home on a Friday from 2-4pm and they didn't show up. At 5pm we called and asked where they were and they said they were running late and were on their way. At 7pm we called again and they said they called and left a note on our door. There was no call or note on the door. We had to make another appointment for Monday at 8-12pm. Again, they didn't show up or give us a call. What a complete waste of time.

What a wonderful experience with H Jacks company. They went above and beyond. It was truly an amazing experience. The team was so kind and respectful and dedicated to do an amazing job.
