Enerco started as the Infrared Division of the Van Dorn Corporation, a major manufacturer of extrusion equipment for the plastic industry. In the 1970s Allen Haire was an outside representative selling Enerco's best quality radiant heaters.
Services
Typical seasonal hours are initiated in late October through February, but are subject to change/modification as required. The exact dates will be announced here once activated. As with standard hours, all calls placed before the end of business day will be answered. We are closed for standard United States holidays.

My son got hurt by this very defective Mr heater. It spit out metal shavings fast and hard hitting his bare legs. He was about 10 feet away. All I wanted was them to replace it. They are rude can care less about loyal customers. Long story short waiting on attorney now. Sad they just didn't fix the situation themselves

Multiple people while working here told me they're from El Salvador Country in Central America that is not a US province. [Talk about exploitation] Any chance to switch from China to Taiwan Taiwan would give you better product's, and better deal China commits genocide Buying from China is supporting genocide Glad I dont work for communists anymore.

I am a customer of one your distributors and i have an emergecy situation the problem is the sales staff does not care they take their own little time responding to distrubutor because they dont care. If the product is in stock and ready to go it should be able to be picked up especially when its an emergency stiuation. This hurts your company and the person needing the product.

There is no issue with the Mr Heater MH18B. The major issue is their customer service. Snotty, condescending, noninformative responses. My experience with them in email is deplorable! The person attempted to be clever with backhanded insults. They were not. They were the absolute opposite of the companies mission statement. One can only hope the heater doesn't disappoint as much as the people they employ.
